We stayed at The Mantra Hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed it from the moment we arrived. It’s locally owned and the staff were amazing, unfortunately we didn’t get the names except for John. They were always friendly and greeted you with a smile. Although it wasn’t on the beach, our walk was a quick 5 minute walk across the street and was never an issue. I loved how small and quaint the hotel was, it was compact but at the same time felt so cozy and homey…the seating areas by reception and a bar where you could sit and grab a drink. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony and it was so spacious and spotlessly clean. We also loved staying in Kata Noi where things were quieter and relaxed, and when we wanted a bit more lively evenings, we would do the 10-15 minute walk over to Kata for the evening life. All in all, great value for the money and we would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel! Very close to the beaches, affordable, lots to do and see around the area! No breakfast though and the shower temperature was a little inconsistent but overall a great stay!

Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony, spotless, and cozy rooms with a washer and dryer. The king bed was lovely, but i would have preferred a permanent single bed as an extra bed than a rollaway one. Darwins city center is easily accessible on foot.

The room is spacious and clean, but outdated. The lack of an onsite restaurant was inconvenient. However, the central location is excellent. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted for temperature, only the fan speed. So either it is on or off and it was cold at night so the only option is to turn it off.

I stayed at the mantra on a work trip, heres a breakdown of my stay. The staff is very nice, very helpful and attentive. The hotel does not provide any food or beverages, so you must either selfcate, which is possible in many rooms, or eat out, which is also possible nearby on Mitchell street. The regular room service also costs extra. Its acceptable if the accommodation is reasonably priced. But it is not. Nice harbour views, comfortable and clean rooms, but the hotel does not provide any food or beverages at all, so you have to either selfcate, which is possible in many rooms, or eat out, which is also possible quite close by on Mitchell street.

Kamarnya bagus, pelayanannya baik, dan lokasinya strategis. Yang penting ada toilet dan musholla di dalam ruangan. Parkirannya juga luas, jadi kalau lapar bisa ke belakang. Ada cafe dan billiard juga. Bagi yang membutuhkan kantor pribadi dan ruangan kantor, bisa juga.
