The One Smart Living & Safety
The One is a modern luxury hotel polished and lavishly styled with 65 rooms. There are 2 room types:
- Smart Standard Double 50 rooms (28 sqr.)
- Smart Deluxe Double/Twin 15 rooms (34.5 sqr.)
The One Hotel is the first hotel to use the IoT (Internet of Things) system within its rooms. Our hotel systems each room to its own IP address for excellent internet stability and use in the room controls of lighting, curtains, air conditioning, tv. and etc.
Our hotel has a beautifully decorated Japanese garden for relaxing and a Co-working Space area for guests to work. We also offer 24 hr. service of beverages, coffee & tea, and seasonal fruit.
For top security, our hotel entrance uses a Mobile Key system through QR Code to enter the main entrance and elevator access special.
The property is 9 KM [15 mins] away from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

SECURITY & POLICY
1. Please kindly complete your profile in the registration record.
2. All room types of the Hotel for 2 persons per room. In case of more than a person, the hotel will charge of extra 1,000 Baht. ***(No Extra Bed)
3. Infants aged 0-1 years old or Children 2-6 years old with no additional cost per room per person. However, the user of more than 12 years as an adult will require supplements things in a room will charge of extra 1,000- Baht.***(No Extra Bed)
4. The Hotel offers in-house guests only. If you have any outside guests without notice, the hotel reserves the charge of 1,000 Baht per person. ***(No Extra Bed)
5. Non-Smoking rooms are not allowed to smoke in rooms 5,000 Baht fine for violators.
6. Check-in (14.00 Hrs.) and Check-out (12.00 Hrs./Noon) and for Direct Booking or Walk-In Guests as 24 Hrs. Check-In time and Check-out time as per The Hotel standard policy
6.1*the Late Check-Out time (12.00-15.00 Hrs. will be charged 599-Baht)
6.2 *the Late Check-Out time (12.00-18.00 Hrs. will be charged 899-Baht) and
6.3 *the Late Check-Out time (After 18.00 Hrs. will be a full-day charge)
7. Prohibited drugs and illegal possession. If detected, prompt legal proceedings.
8. Do not allow any kind of pets into the hotel. Violators are fined 2,500 Baht.
9. Please do not make loud noises at night after 22.00 Hrs. Causing a nuisance to his or her in violation a fine is 2,500 Baht.
10. If anything in the hotel is damaged or loss occurred during the execution of the guest, the guest is just as liable to pay compensation at the hotel for the evaluation of the price list.
If there is a violation of one, the hotels have to reserve the right to terminate their stay immediately.
