The hotel looks good even though the building is old, and the lobby looks good. The location is very good near the night market. They have 2 elevators, one of which is not working and slow. The staff lack motivation, no customer service, and the room needs upgrading. Tv 30 year model tv box. I hope in the future regency will change to be the best hotel in hatyai.

The location is great as its walking distance to lee garden night market. Bring your own toiletries or you can buy them at the nearest convenience store. Note that they dont provide iron.

Kamarnya sangat tua dan kotor. TV dan kulkas sudah tua. Kamar tidak dibersihkan dan ada sisa makanan. Jendela kaca sangat kotor sehingga tidak bisa melihat pemandangan luar. Pencahayaan di dalam kamar kurang memadai. Ada jejak tangan dan kaki di cermin di kamar dan kursi-kursinya sangat kotor. Saya sudah memberitahu pelayan tetapi tidak banyak tindakan. Bahkan setelah pemeriksaan kedua, masih belum banyak perubahan. Meja kopi juga berjamur.

Pelayanan terburuk saat check-in Saat kami tiba, tempat parkir sudah penuh. Karyawan memberi tahu saya bahwa saya harus mencari tempat parkir sendiri. Jika tidak ada tempat parkir, Anda harus parkir di luar hotel. Ketika Anda tiba untuk check-in di konter, ada deposit kartu kunci lain sebesar 1.000 Baht. Hanya uang tunai. Tidak bisa ditransfer. Tidak bisa membayar dengan kartu kredit. Jadi apa yang harus kita lakukan? Kami tidak punya uang tunai. Minta pacar Anda berkeliling dan mencari ATM. Kami tidak dapat menemukannya karena kami tidak memiliki kartu. ATM harus menemukan mesin bank tempat kita memiliki aplikasi. Kami memutuskan untuk menelepon pihak hotel dan menanyakan manajer lalu ngobrol, ternyata manajer dan orang yang berada di depan counter adalah orang yang sama. Kami bertanya mengapa mereka tidak memberi tahu mereka sejak awal bahwa mereka bisa pindah. Dia menyatakan akan memfasilitasinya dengan mentransfer ke rekeningnya Kemudian dia perlahan menekannya untukku. Oh kenapa hotel tua ini pelayanannya buruk sekali? Sangat terkesan, mungkin tidak akan datang lagi.
