- Hotel provide extra/rollaway beds : An extra bed fee of THB 300 per person applies for additional guests and for children aged 8 years and above.
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out: A fee of THB 150 per hour applies. This is subject to prior approval from the hotel staff.
- The property is located in the city center at an intersection; traffic and pedestrian noise is normal. Guests sensitive to noise are advised to bring earplugs.
- Motorcycle parking available, car parking is limited to approximately 2 cars and is public parking near/on the premises.
- You can contact the hotel staff if you encounter any problems when entering your room (e.g., cleanliness) so that they can be dealt with quickly.

- Check-in time: 14:00–20:00.
- If guests expect to arrive after 20:00, they should contact the hotel via LINE, Telegram, or WhatsApp at +66 90 289 1924. The hotel will provide self check-in instructions.

Luggage Storage:
- Guests arriving before check-in may leave their luggage at the hotel free of charge.
- After check-out, guests may leave their luggage at the hotel. Additional charges may apply depending on the storage duration and circumstances.

Pet Information:
Pets are welcome with the following additional charges per night:
- Size S: THB 390
- Size M: THB 490
- Size L/XL: THB 590

Guest Rules & Regulations:

1. Cooking & Electrical Appliances
• Bringing any external electrical appliances such as rice cookers into guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
• If the use of such electrical appliances for cooking is detected including boiling noodles or preparing food inside the room, a fine of 3,000 baht will be imposed for each violation.
2. Extra Guest Policy
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• If you bring additional guests to stay overnight, you must inform the accommodation in advance. An extra charge of 300 baht per person per night will apply.
3. Non-Smoking Policy
• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in guest rooms and all common areas of the building. If smoking is detected in a guest room, including lingering smoke, a fine of 50,000 THB will be charged.
• If smoking on the balcony, please keep the balcony door tightly closed at all times to prevent smoke from entering the room, and use the ashtray provided. Do not throw cigarette butts from the balcony.
4. Cleanliness
• Please do not wash or hang clothes on the balcony.
