Booked the family poolside suite. Was amazing. Three beds (one very large and two small). The beds were so soft and comfy, but they could give a few more pillows (small minor thing) for us that love pillows. The pool was always amazingly clean. The hallways were constantly being tended to by staff. Everyone was very nice and polite. If you want the room changed/cleaned you need to ask. We were not aware of that but they cleaned it last minute for us anyways (probably off the clock. Such nice people). Walk to the beach was about 3 mins. Food and massage within 1 meter of the hotel. Amazing location. Beautiful property. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay close to central kata . Good room and bed liked the choice of pools but didn't like music starting around the pool at 10 am. ok for mid afternoon but otherwise had a good stay. The breakfast was fair only.

Kekurangan terbesar dan paling konyol adalah kurangnya handuk pantai. Saya belum pernah melihat hal ini bahkan di hotel 2 selama 20 tahun perjalanan saya. Kami memilih hotel ini karena kolam renangnya besar tetapi ternyata sangat kotor. Cobalah menyelam dengan kacamata. Anda akan melihat banyak hal menarik. Mereka membersihkan dedaunan di pagi hari, tetapi perban seseorang tergeletak di tepi kolam selama 10 hari. Filter tidak berfungsi, dilihat dari fakta bahwa pada malam hari staf hanya menuangkan konsentrat pemutih dari ember, setelah itu tercium bau menyengat di balkon lantai pertama. Kamarnya tua, relatif bagus untuk 3, extra bed membuat badan saya sakit setiap pagi. Musik Rusia tentu saja adalah sesuatu yang Anda rasakan tidak hanya di Thailand tetapi juga di beberapa area rekreasi pinggiran, tetapi juga memainkannya. Pantainya berlempung sehingga menyebabkan air keruh. Saya merekomendasikan semua orang yang menyukai pantai pergi ke Karon. Kami meninggalkan hotel setelah 10 tahun kami mengunjungi, kami harus naik tuk tuk ke Karon setiap hari dan bermalam ke pulau. Kelebihannya hanya pada panti pijat (bukan yang terbaik) dan ketersediaan infrastruktur.

Hotelnya bagus. Kolam renangnya bagus, lokasinya bagus. Staf pembersih jarang menemui kami dengan tenang. Tidak ada pembersihan selama 3 dari 7 hari kami menginap. Hotel ini mengenakan deposit sebesar 3.000 Baht. Tentu saja aneh karena pada dasarnya tidak ada deposit di mana-mana. Di dekat hotel tercium bau aneh, seperti memelihara kawanan sapi, berdiri kurang lebih dua hari lalu. Tidak ada yang berbicara bahasa Rusia di resepsi, meskipun saya tahu mereka berbicara bahasa Rusia untuk turis Rusia. Kamar bersih, balkon besar menghadap ke halaman, ada tiga kolam, satu mekar semua, sisanya normal. Ada magnet di lantai dasar, harga hampir sama dengan toko lain.

Cleanliness acceptable. Great location. Amenities modern and adequate. Only issue is they are stingy with toilet paper. They have 2 thin rolls for family of 4. Despite me asking for more, they did not seem to understand. The level of English in the staff is very limited.

Had a good stay had pool access room which was good across from massage place. Nice and quiet. But the pool bar was not very loud very loud music we were the only ones there we love to talk to people at pool bars. And no pool towels at property was a little issue . Great location and the little Laneway was great for meals and drinks

レストランのビュッフェは子供料金150バーツでお得。シーフードグリルが臭みなく美味しかった。しかし、1受付と清掃員の対応が悪く不快な思いをした。チェックイン時にデポジットを要求されたとき、現金がなく、クレジットカードやパスポートをデポジットとして差し出したが受付に拒否され、雨の中、街のATMで現金を引き出してくるように要求された。あとでマネージャーに確認したら、ホテルとしてはパスポートでもokということだったが、ある愛想の悪い受付の独断で、ホテルにやっと到着し疲れているのに、雨の中ATMまで現金を引き出しに行かされるところだった。また、部屋が汚れていたので清掃員を呼んだが、3回電話で呼んでも来なかった。最後には部屋の外に出て、うろついている清掃員を捕まえて掃除させた。

Lidt slidt værelse, men dejlig stort. Der var meget larm fra restauranten, som spillede høj musik fra tidlig morgen (kl. 6/7.00. Der er også en del larm fra gaden. Gardinet var ved at falde ned af skinnen, så der ikke kunne rulles helt for. Det kunne man måske nemt lige fixe fra hotellets side. Lækkert med pool adgang fra vores værelse. Dejlig stor seng. Ingen håndklæder til at tørre hænder i. Kun vaskeklud og badehåndklæde. Morgenmaden var middel.

I stayed here three nights and then went Krabi for two nights and came back again to the same hotel as I had to leave my luggage there. They have a problem with the electricity or the system all over the hotel that lights almost go and come back from time to time… The first night as as soon as I put the AC on all the electricity gone. They came 4 times and put the fuse on and insisted they fixed it , letting me sleep in an oven alll night long. They refused to give me another room saying they were full although they could upgrade, they didn’t. Another day they didn’t clean my room and had to ask them for, then they did it very late leaving only one towel although they were leaving two and no water.. One day I asked not to be disturbed but then asked for water as they give 2 bottles each day.. I called repeatedly and asked for water and the water came exactly 2.5 hours later . The last day they called me 11.30 to check out at 12.00 as my booking confirmation was 12.30.. I was getting ready to leave anyway but I said my check out time is 12.30 ..on the phone they said no, you need to get out at 12.00.. They asked both times 3000 baht deposit.Second time I came I had only 1000 baht on me , I said check me in as I came tired, then I go and change money and come to give you, they said no, you need to give now.. Although they had all my information they asked the passport photocopy again.. Except one lady the staff was not kind.. They see tourists only as money. Fake smiles..
