As part of our winter vacation, we stayed at this hotel for eight days. It was a mixed experience. There are no drawbacks to this aspect. Despite their shortcomings, the rooms were meticulously cleaned each day. The swimout feature of our room was a fantastic alternative to fighting for a pool chair. Every day, a large quantity of bottled water is delivered to the room. Moreover, there is free wifi. Despite not being particularly fast, the speed was adequate. Every night at the outside bar, there are musical performances. The hotel restaurant offers decent food. A pleasant listen is appreciated that they were able to serve us at 10 p. M. After arriving late from the airport. Additionally, one of the doors in our bathroom could only be partially opened, forcing you to slam into the wall. Additionally, a relatives couch was directly blocking their porch, and our couch was covered in stains. The television was defaultally set to russian, which was difficult to adjust, and there was no internet connection, locking out streaming services like Netflix. The bathroom soaps and shampoos are a strange combination of otherworldly scents. For your own benefit, bring your own. Overall, nothing spectacular, but it was passable. It might be wise to think about other possibilities if youre simply seeking a place to stay.

We had a wonderful 8 days at this property. The rooms are neat and clean and serviced regularly on a daily basis. At the reception, ms mee me and ms. Nam attend to guests with exceptional service. Centrally located in kata in thailand, it is closer to exotic beaches and markets.

Kelebihan hotel ini adalah lokasi dan buffetnya. Interiornya indah karena hotel ini mendapat bintang 4. Namun, saat check-in, ada semut di kamar. Menanggapi keluhan tersebut, staf menanggapinya dengan baik.

It was lovely peaceful at night but lots going on in the area. Transport on time everytime to the beach if you did not want to walk. Breakfast good typical asian but fruit and eggs on offer. Staff very lovely and helpful especially Milk and her colleagues.

Bra hotell som ligger i ett lugnt område i Kata. Mycket bra frukost med mycket att välja på. Mycket varmrätter inklusive en omelettkock som fixade vad man önskade. Personalen alltid vänliga och tillmötesgående. Städningen fungerade bra nästan alla dagarna, undantaget var när städerskan hade många rum som det hade checkats ut från samma dag, då hann hon inte med att städa vårt rum i ”normal tid”. Men förövrigt så gjorde städerskan ett mycket bra jobb. Det finns 3 olika pooler att välja på. 2 pooler på taken och en på marknivå. Gymmet hade tillräckligt med utrustning, utrustningen borde dock uppdateras till något nyare. Majoriteten av hotellgästerna talade ett språk från östra Europa. Väldigt få Skandinavier/Nordbor över huvudtaget i Phuket verkar det som. Hotellet i sen helhet, får ett gott betyg.
