My thoughts on this place are a little swaying. The rooms, in my opinion, were sufficiently upgraded, nothing spectacular, but fine. The rest of the hotels rooms, including the hallways, lobby, bar, etc., appear to have just received a fresh coat of paint and require further renovation. The hotels location and setting are excellent, and it is difficult to beat in the neighborhood. The cost was also reasonable. The food and service were excellent, despite the restaurants not being particularly excellent. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The manager went above and beyond to make up for our discomfort with the temperature in our shower, but we had a problem with the temperature. The biggest letdown, however, was really a matter of timing. We were very excited to book here in order to use the large hot tub that other people had raved about on the internet. Unfortunately, it was closed for repairs while we were there. Maybe next time.

Saya tidak mengerti bagaimana hotel ini bisa memiliki peringkat seperti itu. Rupanya hotel ini belum direnovasi selama beberapa waktu. Insulasi suara dan panasnya buruk. Semuanya sudah tua dan rusak, air kolamnya memiliki lapisan minyak di permukaannya, tangga menuju gym penuh dengan lalat yang menjijikkan, gym kumuh. Tidak ada cara untuk ventilasi kamar, layanan kamar berteriak di koridor di pagi hari (bagaimana kita tidak mengerti ada orang yang tidur) Mesin es mengeluarkan suara yang tidak mungkin. Ya Tuhan, hotel yang luar biasa.

I will definitely stay there whenever i visit the area! I just adore the service here, even if i might sound a little pompous, i am just over the top that this place was so fantastic, and i adore everyone, including the owners, their managers, and everyone else, who went above and beyond to make me feel so happy. Im just a giddy little man!.

This place is always a great place to spend the night. It has bars, restaurants, and clubs inside it. Its only a mile from the mohegan sun casino, so the location is perfect.

I had a wedding at the woodlands a few years ago, and it was fantastic. Everything about the food, service, convenience, and courtesy was excellent. I attended a wedding a few months ago, and it was truly memorable. I would definitely return there for another event. Its well worth every penny!.

Wow, amazing hidden gem. Doggy courtyard, beautiful stream with outdoor decks, pools, delicious restaurants and discos on site. Great spot thank you.

Every year, the company i work for holds a banquet at the woodlands. I have attended every year for the last seven or eight years. The food has always been excellent and presented well. The service has always been prompt and courteous.

Overall, the hotel seemed a little run down. Stayed in a room in the tower section, which was old and cramped, but otherwise clean and quiet. The front desk staff were very nice. The location was good. There are restaurants attached as well as many other large rooms. Shuttle to the casino. Lots going on. Would consider staying again if im in the area.

We will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful memories! My wife and i discovered this place online. We also stayed for the weekend for our anniversary near the casino and they even have a shuttle to take you to the casino so you can have a few drinks and dont worry about a dwi lmao place is perfect! Excellent service! The staff is kind and respectful! We met the owner and he was polite! He even suggested a couple of drinks to us. The location was very peaceful and felt like home.

The location is very nice. Dogs are welcome in the hotel accommodation, which is wonderful, with lovely pools, courtyard area, wedding venue, restaurants, and patio bars. Includes a salon and free breakfast from Monday to Friday. Hope they restore their cabin areas, as they seem to have been closed for a while. Maybe since the fire destroyed one unit, but not sure.

About two years ago, my fiance and i discovered this place online. Everything was ideal for our entertainment needs, including swimming, a dance club, a lounge for drinks and live bands, three different delightful restaurants on site, and a laundry room so we wont be carrying dirty clothes back home. A casino is located three miles from the resort. There is a shopping center and many other restaurants nearby. We have made this our home away from home by returning two to three times a year. Not to mention, it is petfriendly. Thank you, babe, for locating this wonderful relaxing resort.

The hotel itself is a little dated, but they seem to have kept up with changes as needed. The rooms were tidy. I cant comment on the view. The hotels location is ideal because you can basically hit all the major highways without having to travel in what feels like circles and end up 270 degrees or 90 degrees from where you started. It was also a huge benefit that the restaurants were connected to the hotel. The entrance is almost immediate, so turn off 315 slowly as people tend to drive quickly on these roads. The service is excellent. Hospitality staff members were very responsive. I had a problem with my key and had two people working on it almost immediately.

We enjoy this location. Older hotel but in a great location with nice views (streams and woods behind the hotel). Near the casino (not walking). There are several restaurants on site. Pool. Good breakfast and nightly prices are reasonable.

I didnt stay in the room, but i know many of the wedding guests did and said the rooms were great, their food was out of this world delicious and of course for the wedding what a great time, everything was beautiful.

This place is really, really cool! Beautiful with everything you need to have a great time. Great staff and lots to see right here. We came back and again, perfect! We hit happy hour and the steakhouse for dinner. 5 stars for both as well as breakfast. We are professional drivers and this is our favorite stop.
