Vi elsker side Hill, vi elsker personalet og især Remi betyder meget for vores familie. Han ville gi os solen hvis han kunne. Vi har været på samme hotel 5 år i træk og vi glæder os hvert år til at komme tilbage. Servicen er i top og i særklasse.

Perfekt hotel Synd for hotellet, at der ikke var så mange gæster pga. terror men vi mærkede intet til det hvis der ikke havde været net og beskeder fra Danmark vidste vi ikke at der var noget i Istanbul.

Vi har bodd på flere hotell i Side, men ingen av dem slår den utrolige servicen på Side Hill! Personalet var alltid hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hotellet har en sentral beliggenhet med kort vei til strand og gangavstand til gamlebyen. Leilighetene er praktisk innredet. Noen leiligheter har havutsikt, andre har balkong mot det flotte bassengområdet. Prisen på leiligheten er den samme om det er en eller fire personer i den. Hotellet har en av Sides beste restauranter, og restauranten har i tillegg panoramautsikt over Side. Etter en fantastisk ferie på Side Hill kan vi trygt anbefale hotellet!

Das Side Hill Hotel befindet sich in 2. Reihe zum Meer. Der Fußweg zum Meer beträgt ca. 10 Minuten - der Weg dorthin hat ein hohes Gefälle und zurück ist dann dafür eine Steigung zu überwinden. Dieser Weg hat mich (38) sogar schnaufen lassen. Dafür hat man aber ggf. auch Glück bei der Aussicht vom Balkon. Ich hatte Zimmer 425 und wurde mit einem sensationellen Blick aufs Meer mehr als entschädigt. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Beispielsweise findet noch bis Oktober 2016 die EXPO in Antalya statt. Ich erhielt den Tipp, unbedingt am Samstag Nachmittag (Abfahrt um 16:30 Uhr; Rückkehr gegen Mitternacht) den Ausflug zu buchen. Folgende Vorteile: weniger Andrang, toll illuminiert in der Dunkelheit, eine "Wasser- und Lichtshow" untermalt mit Musik nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit und als absolutes Highlight zum Abschluss ein kostenloses(!) 2-stündiges Konzert von Emma Shapplin im Congresszentrum.

Naast een bouwval. Hotel sloot binnen 48 uur. Geen bar, geen restaurant ,geen winkel.Komt nieuw eigenaar. Dus.............. een geval van jammer. Het enige leuke was de overnacht prijs.

just retuned home after two weeks stay at hotel had to pay for air conditioning which was very poor none in bedroom which is a nightmare to sleep without. Food was poor too ate elsewhere due to the quality of the food will not be recommending to any friends.

Just like the name...it is a JOKE! I booked for 2 nights. We came at 2.30pm, the room is not ready. Receptionist told us to wait until 3pm in the restaurant/bar. As we waited in the resto, I went to the toilet in front of the swimming pool. The toilet was very smelling, and I saw shits on the both women toilet. I just washed my hands but feel very dirty. Then, we came to the receptionist at 3pm and they gave us room in front of the swimminy pool. Noisy because of the loud music and children screaming in the pool. The first room that they gave us is not cleaned after the previous guests. Very dirty. Then they moved us to the second room (seaview). No bed sheet. No towel. No blanket. Water in the washtafel and shower is boiled (no normal/cold water) -- I screamed cause my hand hurted when I wanted to wash it. Toilet is dirty. Floor is not cleaned -- there are crumbs on the floor. Phone in the room is not working. No WIFI!! We came back to the receptionist and told him to fix it. We went to the beach and walking around Side to give the staffs some working time to fix our room, until around 10pm. We haven't showered and very tired. We came back, nothing happened. We went to the receptionist again and one staff told us to wait for 10 minutes and they will fix everything. We came back to our hotel after almost one hour. Nothing happened. We were very angry and furious as we went to the receptionist desk. We shouted to them to fix it. Then 3 staffs come to my room to fix it. They made the bed, give towel, clean the floor, put wifi in our phone. We were waiting in the room' balcony. As they finished and went off -- all seems ok. Then we checked. No blanket. Wifi off again. Toilet was not really cleaned (maybe the standard is super low). The worst thing is, the floor smells like p*** It seemed that they clean the outside toilet with the same stuffs as they cleaned our room. Staffs dont really speak English. Google Translate dont really work in Turkey or the staffs are just stupid and not helpful. In the morning we ate at the resto. A lot of flies and we were not comfortable. So we hurry to finish our food. They called orange water, an orange juice. It's basically just water with orange color. The soup was so sad and thin, tasteless you feel like you are eating in the jail. Swimming pool is dirty and the floor smell like p*** I cannot stand anymore so I left after the first night. I asked the receptionist to return my money back and not to charge to my credit card. He didn't speak anything. I left the hotel because I thought he understood. Turned out the hotel charged my credit card for 2 nights! I asked Tiket.com (app where I booked the hotel) to return the money back but it seemed that the hotel did not cooperated well. They still took my money cause it's non-refundable booking. Well it's not my fault that your hotel service sucked! Dont come to this hotel. It's a real horror story. A real scam. Save yourself. Run!

Ankom litt sent på sesongen,men alt skulle være åpent og tilgjengelig ifølge nettsiden. Bildene var misvisende i forhold til standar. Veldig slitt.Wifi var ikke tilgjengelig på rommet som reklamert. Basseng bar/restaurant stengt. Forferdelig sterke vaskemidler i sengeklær og hånkler. Absolutt ikke å anbefale for astma/allergikere. Det var et skilt på badet hvor det stod at de oppfordret til å spare miljøet og at de bare byttet hånkler hver 3.je dag. Det stod daglig rengjøring på nettsiden. Kommer nok ikke igjen selv om prisen var tiltrekkende.
