Due to the positive evaluations, we stayed at the Arena Hotel for two nights in Kusadasi. Ladies Beach, one of the best public beaches in Jusadasi, and close to a number of eateries, is one of the beaches that are easily accessible on foot. Yet, the hotel requires a substantial renovation, as the corridors and floors are dirty and carpeted. Even though the rooms were tiny, they had stunning ocean views. The beds, on the other hand, weren't particularly cozy. Overall, if you're on a tight budget, I thought it would be an excellent choice for a quick visit to Kusadasi.

I had a bad experience when I checked in, the receptionist only speaks English, the other receptionist does not know any English at all. The location is great. In front of the beach room, very small, hard bed, there are tips box everywhere, even in the front desk. Breakfast here was very good and there were many options too. I will definitely come back if we ask for another room in the next round.

The hotel's location, however, is advantageous, being close to the ladies' beach, which, by the way, is quite filthy, which is its main beach. Along the four days we remained there, the floor in the apartment was never cleaned, however, daily changes to the sheets and towels made the rooms spotless, despite the fact that they appeared to be quite antiquated. Throughout the four days we were there, the hotel is conveniently situated near the downtown ladies' beach. There is no barrier, so there is no place for soaps and shampoo close to the shower. There is no place for soaps and shampoos near the shower. The ac was almost gone, and it was extremely old, which was a challenge in a hot and humid setting, and it was quite noisy during the night. In addition, elevators are also ancient, and one out of two was not in use. There are many bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Nevertheless, the hotel is conveniently located, right on the main beach, women's beach, which is, by the way, rather unclean. You can have a stunning view of the ocean, coast, and city with the surrounding hills from the breakfast buffet, which offers a wide variety of delicious cuisine.

This place has a view of the sea and the atmosphere is very different. This place is close to the beach, and the hotel is located on the Est Line. The sea is so nice and warm with sandy beaches and bottom. The room size is very small and clean, but we thought very well. It looks like a picture oozing from an entire floor and the view of the stunning wide sea is lovely. The staff was so friendly and eager to help you with your issues.

This hotel is located right in the centre of Kusadasi, on Ladies Beach and is separated from the magnificent public beach only by a road. It is approximately 2 km to the resort centre where shops and dining options can be found. This welcoming beach hotel was built in 1989 and renovated in the year 2006. It offers a total of 104 guest rooms on 5 floors. The modern, tastefully decorated rooms come with an en-suite bathroom.
