I heartily endorse this hotel and would love to return. Large room with a view of turkey, spotless, excellent service, and incredibly filling breakfast with everything you could possibly need. Overall, i wholeheartedly recommend it and am eager to stay there again.

We stayed here for 6 nights, the rooms are small but very clean, they clean the room every day which is good. The staff are very friendly and nice. They gave us rooms with extra beds because of our child. Breakfast was really good, including a warm and cold breakfast. Location is very good not located in taqsims busy area.

The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to both buses and the subway. However, it is worth noting that the staff members are friendly and helpful, although they may lack knowledge about where to go or how to get there. The breakfast provided is of high quality and is delicious. While the rooms were clean and pleasant, i could smell cigarettes coming from our nextdoor room. Although there are many hotels in the area, this one offers value for the price paid. In the meantime, the personnel might use some improvement in their english!.

I just spent four days there and couldnt wait to leave. The hotel is in a great location, near to taksim, but the rooms are very small and the entire establishment requires extensive upkeep. When we arrived, our room window and air conditioner were broken, so we asked the staff to fix them, and they were extremely responsive, however, the air conditioning was only fixed to one cold option, which sickened me. Rooms arent clean they only replace bathroom appliances, bed linens werent changed throughout our entire stay, or the floors were never cleaned. Breakfast is good and offers dozens of options. Its uncommon for hotels in the area to have reception staff who are really helpful and responsive and speak english.

Even if you need to be close to taksim square and istiklal street, the location is pleasant. You can easily locate a metro and bus station near the hotel, or take the metro to the charshi bazar for example. The room is comparatively small, but it is clean. On the other hand, it hasnt had any futures, for instance, its wired that he wasnt wearing pyjamas or toothpaste at emeralds 4 star hotels. Also, there aren't any glass, plates, cups in the rooms. That, in my opinion, is an unfortunate aspect for this hotel given this favorable circumstance. By the way, despite their lack of english proficiency, they enjoyed the place and the staffs behavior. They are competent, and it would be wonderful unless they knew english to connect more quickly with gusts. Regarding the breakfast, which is decent, delicious, highquality. Although you have paved access to smoking outside the lobby of the motel lobby, you can smoke in our room as well. There is no minibar in each room. All of these factors were my experience at the river hotel before checking out. Ill leave ten points to say about the conclusion of my trip. Okay, finally, everything was fine and unchanged after three days.

The hotel is conveniently located near taxim square. Our room was impeccably clean, and our towels were changed daily. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always offering advice on things to do and places to visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it! Many thanks, ercan!.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights because i was getting surgery and wanted a hotel in sanitized area. From checkin, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, helping with your bags to your room, male manager, and, if you will, front desk staff named ercan. They were very accommodating with everything ive needed, when he returned from the hospital, his staff delivered ice to my door without me asking. Always reassured me that unless ill need anything they are there to help. Every time threw up in the lobby, everyone would always wave at me. The location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable, view from my room is also amazing which is incredibly nice! Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed there for 6 nights. The hotel is very clean and organized. Staff are very friendly, especially mr. Murat who is always there to help. Very good location walking distance to all the beautiful restaurants and shops. I will be back there soon.

This hotel in the center of turkish city of Taksim is an amazing hotel. I had a beautiful room on the top floor and the view was stunning. On one side, the bosphorus bridge and takshim square are on either side. And the staff is friendly and attentive. If you visit Istanbul, this is the perfect place to stay.

The location of the riva hotel is in the center of turkish city. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Murat is one of those who work there. He offered to help us when we needed help with internet and other things. I recommend you to visit Istanbul and have a great stay at the river hotel.

Our stay at the riva hotel was fantastic. The room was neat and clean, and the service was firstrate. Murat offered to assist us with the internet and other matters when we needed it. The location is excellent! The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. You are close to the old town, tourist attractions, cultural centers, and subway. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Particularly the receptionists are very helpful. They offer clean rooms and good service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.

The stay was wonderful. I would give it 6 stars if i could. Come here unless you want to have an amazing experience in the center of turkey. Also very romantic, a great place to stay sex with whoever is planning to come.
