The best experience that I have ever had is the friendliness of the employees, the quality of breakfast, the speed of reply, the fast internet, the comfortable room, and the excellent communication. It is located in the city center, with good vistas from the windows, the location is also excellent, especially for the vacations where you want to enjoy nature. I also like the location because is close to the city center and has a beautiful view, the internet connection is also good. Moreover, it is close to the airport, so this is the ideal destination.

The reception was good and the rooms are worth it well-appointed and with a nice view. The caretaker gave me a tour of all the free rooms which was nice because it gave the guest the chance to choose. It is affordable compared to many hotels in Impala.

I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and airy. The food was tasty and came quickly. I also received free laundry services which was quite surprising given the amount we paid for the room. Wi-Fi is really good. The bar serves both local and international liquor, but no activities or theme nights, so it's perfect for relaxing!.

It is affordable compared to many hotels in Impala. The reception is good and the rooms are worth it, well spaced and nice view. Had a tour of all free rooms by the caretaker which was nice because it gave the guest the chance to choose.

Verified traveler

I can't sleep at night on account of heavy traffic noisy for 3 nights. Terrible. I requested the change of my room, employee refused my suggestion. Oher side room is better, but they denied the my suggestion. I don't want to recommend any more with internet reservation. Hotel gave me a bad room.
