The staff was super friendly and helpful advising us how to get around. The only thing we would say is no ac. We tend to stay on the hotter side being from Florida so we are used to ac or a fan but we wernt able to accommodate that.

Excellent hotel and very nice staff. Check in was very smooth and the girl on reception was friendly and professional. This is a big hotel and very clean in all areas of the hotel. The rooms are quite large and have a big Samsung Smart TV which even has TNT Sports channel so you can watch live Premier League Football. It also has YouTube. Next to one side of the bed you have USB ports but I think they should be on both sides of the bed and USB-C needs to be added. The room lighting is good. The rooms have a small safe but they do need to be fixed to the wall as anyone can just take the safe. There is a fridge and a coffee making machine. The bathroom was large and has a walk in shower with a rainfall and hand held shower option. Air conditioning was excellent when I worked out how to use it. I called the reception and a nice girl guided how to set up it up using the remote control. The biggest problem is the tube works at the weekend which makes it very difficult to get to the hotel by public transport and you have to get two buses. The 11am check out is also too early in my opinion and they charge you £15 if you leave past 11am. The hotel was very quiet and I did see any other guests even in the reception area. The security is excellent though. My room 5205 was a long way from the elevator, about 300m. The free WiFi was excellent and was fast and stable and both Vodafone and O2 networks data worked in the room which is not the case with many Heathrow hotels were you get no

Clean room, very nice hot breakfast buffet but the pool stole the show. What an amazing pool. Steam room and sauna were also so nice. We checked in late and were very happy that the beds were comfortable. My granddaughter lost her purse which was special to her and the gentleman at the second reception close to the lost and found was extremely helpful and almost as excited as my granddaughter when we located it. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the airport and the tube.

Room super quiet despite the proximity to the runway. Great aircon, clean and modern room/bathroom. Also the largest hotel TV I've ever seen, with Smart Apps as a huge bonus from my girls. Great food both for dinner and breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to keep us feeling looked after.

I decided to stay at Atrium because I was going to the Army V Navy Rugby game and it's opposite the Hatton Cross bus station. I got a bus direct to the stadium. But as soon as I walked in to the reception I was happily impressed. The staff very friendly. The rooms large enough, clean enough and even the lifts are quick. Nearby is the Green Man pub (10 minutes walk) where you can supp a few ciders or ales and get some grub. Talking of which, the food and restaurant in the Atrium are grest as well. The breakfast was included and kept me going all day at Twickers. The Navy won as well. I will be back next year. All these amenities are walkable. The bus service brilliant. Of course if you're flying out of Heathrow terminal 4 it's a no brainer of a stay. But you can also get the shuttle to all terminals from terminal four. An excellent choice of stay if you're just visiting the capital as Hatton Cross underground link is opposite along with the bus station.

I've stayed at the Atrium several times and it's great value given the facilities, especially the pool area. Staff are very professional and friendly - from the reception team, mezzanine gym & pool centre and the housekeeping. Rooms are relatively well soundproofed and I managed to get a decent night's sleep during each stay. Also appreciated the breakfast being included which is good range of choices to cater for most tastes. Would recommend and will be staying again hopefully.
