This is an excellent location for many reason. Close to the train and bus, and city center. My room was spacious, comfortable, and the robe was an extra treat. Would have stayed lonegr if I could have!

Unfortunately I only spent one night here, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were beautiful, the owners very friendly and helpful, providing advice on what to see in Aberdeen. The guesthouse is very well located near Union Street and train station. What made us feel especially welcome was the host's offer to help us with fruit and biscuits in the dining room.

This guest home is conveniently located in the middle of Aberdeen, a few minutes walk from the city's main street Union Street. It is within walking distance of the railway station even if there is a small amount of luggage. It's a good place to go. Butlers is a well-run, welcoming, and comfortable guest house that provides lovely rooms and a delicious breakfast. Be aware that some of the more expensive rooms do not have private bathrooms.

This hotel is not far from the rail, and I feel comfortable here as it is close to union and Sheen. This hotel is close to Union station. The room that we booked was lovely. Sheen served delicious coffee with breakfast.

I chose to stay here based on the location after choosing to go to Aberdeen to do some climbing nearby, and it didn't disappoint. The guesthouse is in an old georgian building, but it is very well maintained. My room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. It was very good value for the money for 39 euros per night and I will definitely make a reservation here on my next trip to Aberdeen.

During our 4 night stay here, we were very pleased with the hotel's location, just a few minutes from Union Street and the train station. We had a lovely, cozy room. With a separate shower from the toilet and washbasin, the shower was excellent and provided plenty of hot water. You will really feel at home here. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Butler House was a good value for the money. We were pleasantly surprised to find dishes, flatware and a microwave available for use of guests. The breakfast was a continental breakfast and was well supplied.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es war ein funktionierender Wasserkocher dort mit einer guten Auswahl an Kaffee u Tee. Der Zugang war super easy eine Zahlenkombi für alles , top. Das Frühstück traf genau meinen Geschmack, mehr brauchts nicht. Der Weg zur Sportsbar ist 5 min und in die Stadt 10 min,. top Nächtes Mal wieder dort!
