There was no heating when we went to the reception, and someone immediately came up with a heater because it was really cold. Breakfast was satisfactory. There wasn't a lot of choice, and nobody was wearing masks, so the staff should have dealt with it. I asked to check out later but was told no because 4 other people had it. It's a bit strange. Overall, good, but not much to ask.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, although it is not in the heart of Stirling. A great shopping center with a supermarket and all the usual suspects are both close by, as well as a free parkride bus service into Stirling. At the motel, there is plenty of parking. Suzanne welcomed me and, I suspect, is a true credit to the hotel. She was a wonderful help to the hotel. chatting, polite, and welcoming. The accommodation was excellent. It was a very comfortable, huge bed. With a nice desk area and a fantastic bathroom with a roomy shower, it was a functional and welllocated desk space. In contrast to the customers who decided to chat using their smartphones in the corridor at 1. Am, I got a decent nights sleep. Its not the hotels fault, though. Breakfast was simple but substantial and adequate. The restaurant space was enormous and kept very clean. When I next visit the area, Id gladly stay here again.

The service was friendly and attentive. They give a warm and welcoming welcome to our son every time he's at UNI. I'll come back for his graduation in June.

When next I am in the area, Id gladly return. Around the uk, weve stayed in a lot of holiday inn express hotels, but this one is without a doubt one of the best weve ever had. The hotel was immaculate, and it is essential these days. The room was very comfortable, and I had the best sleep in a long time. Breakfast was standard fare, but the staff was really helpful because I am gluten intolerant and made sure I had the correct provisions. The staff was generally excellent, very welcoming.

Suzanne, the manager. What an amazing staff member! I own a hotel in Scotland and will not hesitate to hire her. She was professional, very kind and attentive and proud of her work. Nothing was too much trouble. It was not what we expected, but after a long day and drive, we were so grateful to be looked after.
