We stayed here so as to have a quiet time before beginning a long flight. As the hotel was on a bus route, we were able to travel to the airport and then into London on the Elizabeth Line, Piccadilly Line or Heathrow Express. The common areas were really enjoyable, for drinks or ordering food from a menu that offered a good variety of options. Our room was large, had a fridge, enough power point and USB points, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very good indeed with large thick towels, and enough of them. The staff could not have been more efficient and friendly. They were really lovely at check-in, check-out and at the bar.

My partner and I arrived into London Heathrow early in the morning. Whilst we were unable to check in to the room early (the hotel was fully booked) we were able to store our luggage and use a bathroom to get changed and freshen up for a day in town. The hotel is clean and the room quite spacious. Very easy to get to Heathrow and back - there is a public bus stop out the front of the hotel, or you can easily get the Hotel Hoppa bus (£7 one way).

The room is very quiet despite the hotel’s proximity to the airport. Its windows are sound proof by one foot a gap between the glasses. This is remarkable for this class of hotel! The breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly.

Surprisingly comfortable hotel, especially the bed. I was therefore just 8 hours, so ate or drank nothing. But as someone who was once responsible for Hyatt International's training worldwide (20 years in the company), I could not fault my experience. A shame that no one picked up on this fact which I shared in my email to reservations. Not that I wanted an upgrade, but an acknowledgement would have turned an OK stay into something personal. I was just another number. Politely and efficiently handled, yes, but nothing that couldn't have been handled just as well by a robot without a name.

My overnight stay was very pleasant—relaxed, quiet, and comfortable from start to finish. I arrived in the evening to a clean, well-appointed room of a decent size. The bed was made with crisp 100% cotton sheets, and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The room had excellent lighting and a welcoming ambiance. The upgraded bathroom featured easy-to-use shower controls, a deep bathtub, extra-large plush cotton towels, and large mirrors that made the space feel even more spacious. There was also a nicely sized wardrobe with plenty of hangers, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, everything was well-maintained and designed for comfort. What's not to like?

We arrived late and had a quick turnaround in the morning. Wish I had his name, but the man who checked us was an A+ pro - he got us checked in within ~2 mins and was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was well-sized, clean and well-equipped - comfortable beds. The man at the desk the next morning was extremely helpful as well, made sure we found the right bus to get to the terminal. In terms of transport, the London buses are the way to go - there is one that stops in front of the hotel and got us to terminal 3 in 10 minutes. All in all hats off to a well run hotel
