The location was very strategic because this place has an excellent location with the best location. We have a tour package that we can go back to. We booked this hotel from New York. This place has a lovely breakfast with delicious food, plus they are very kind to my late check and ask if I have any questions. The employee named Bica was very friendly as we were greeted daily with a smile. It was obvious that this company can multitask effectively because they are so fast and calming with the number of customers coming from all over the world.

Very pleasant hotel and very kind employees. The friendliness of all the employees was really good including the bar staff, they also make us feel at home. Besides that, the location is also good because it's not far from the center. The breakfast that they served was delicious.

I've stayed at this hotel three times so far and I really love the vibes this place has. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is generous and well made, the service could be a bit more attentive but all in all a great stay every time and very recommended.

Very recommend to stay at this lovely hotel. All the staff in this hotel, including the security and cleaning staff, are very high in customer service and made my stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The professional receptionist bam is always with a customer focus and offers amazing support during my stay.

Our accommodation was immaculately clean all five days of our stay. The Mama Shelter staff is attentive, pleasant, interested in both the visitors and providing excellent service. It is conveniently located near very frequent bus stops to london downtown.
