We had a lovely weekend, the rooms were clean and comfy the rest of the hotel was dated but clean and is undergoing a referb, the food was very nice we paid for B&B but had our evening meals there as well no complaints everything we had was really lovely. The staff were great very friendly and helpful even through the hotel was really busy being a disabled guest I couldn't fault the staff and the accessibility was excellent

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Room was clean and we had a nice view. Tea and coffee facilities and complimentary toiletries are all always a nice touch. We had a meal in the bar which was tasty although there was a lack of white wine choice. The bar area, restaurant and reception are in need of a face lift and better lighting would give the hotel a more welcoming ambiance. The location of the hotel provides a captive market so a perfect opportunity for the hotel to capitalise on food and drink. An outside area would also pay dividends. The spa area was pleasant, lovely pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The room was reasonably priced and a great deal for what we needed.

Our Pool and Beauty Room are currently closed to carry out essential maintenance, we send our sincerest apologies to our valued members and guests. We hope to be have the pool operational again soon.
Renovation work in progress:
As part of our commitment to enhance our property and service we are currently in process of renovating our rooms on 4th and 5th floor. During the renovation period, work will commence from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Sunday. As a result, there will be construction noise during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause during your stay.
The swimming Pool, Treatment Room, and Gym are now open on reduced opening hours with a booking system in place. The sauna and Steam room remain closed in line with government guidelines.
