We stayed here for a few nights. The staff was nice and accommodating thanks to Heather and Mel! When I arrived, the staff were kind and accommodating, thank you. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, even though the room was facing the road, I could hear the traffic very well and had a decent night's sleep. The breakfast on the second day of my stay was the only negative aspect of the visit, it was more about health and safety than anything else. The food you can help yourself to had been covered with pan lids with metal handles that had been sat under the heat lamps for a long time, so they were noticeably hot when you went to pick them up.

The hotel and staff were excellent during our first stay at the Glastonbury Premier Inn. Breakfast was adequate, but the veggie breakfast was completely inedible. Even better is the food at the nearby red brick building. There are many interesting things to do and see in the vicinity and a short drive away, Clarks Village an outlet shopping center. Definitely coming back, but will not bother with the breakfast the next time.

Thank you for a wonderful stay with my family. The kids were pleased with the stay as was the rest of us. We met a lot of people who seemed to be doing a great job. The hotel was tidy and comfortable, and everyone was friendly. However, the restaurant next door needs some attention.

There were two adults and two children in a family room for two nights at the end of July. Heather at reception was very kind and went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. The room was clean and functional and good base during my stay in Jersey.

The Premier Inn is in a great location. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and the room was perfect. But at night, the noise of footsteps in the rooms above goes downhill and the parking lot is full of vans that all parked in the disabled bays, but just put that to one side it was a lovely break.

We were a little disappointed about the location. It really was not walkable to the downtown area. The restaurant next door told us that we needed a reservation to eat there from the hotel...and they never asked us about where we wanted to eat. The worst thing was that the hot water was STUCK on scalding and we could not adjust it...so the shower was worthless to us and dangerous at that. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
