Staff was amazing. Room was in good condition. Had an amazing curry dinner with my husband and daughter. Lots of people around and everyone staying there seemed happy. Good place to stay if you need an airport close to Heathrow for an early morning flight, like we had.

I like the quiet. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I like the proximity to the airport. It'd be great to have a fridge or microwave in the room and a bottle of water for your customer at check-in.

It's nice to be able to recommend a hotel wholeheartedly. We were quite surprised that staying a this hotel so close to Heathrow was not only a very pleasant experience but was one of the few aspects of our time in England that cost less than it would have done in Canada!

I really liked this hotel and all the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will, however, mention that we actually didn't know how to get there and asked several people directions. We ended up at another Premier Inn also next to Hearthrow and was not able to transfer the reservation because it was booked and paid for through Expedia. That Premier Inn was a bit nicer in the lobby and easier to get to if you are travelling by train or bus. I should probably also mention that this was a very relaxing and quiet hotel, but was neighboring a cemetary, which I don't mind. Getting here by bus/train can be a bit difficult.

The staff at checkin were friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious, freshly prepared and of high quality, with excellent service. Room was nice, clean, and modern. Bed was very comfortable. One of the best airport hotels ive stayed in over many years. Would happily return and use this hotel for future trips from heathrow.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. Last day, card payments at the vending machine didnt work. At dinner again the pos wasnt working or connecting, tried using a second positon but only after several cards one worked. I initially thought the problem was with my cards, i called the bank and was told it was actually an issue on the hotels end. Overall he had et all good experiences and will be back here.

The hotel is excellent. Very kind and welcoming personnel. The reason i stayed at the hotel was because it is so close to the airport of heathrow. There is some parking on site, but when ive arrived, a lot of spaces were available. When compared to other premier inn locations that are nearby, the parking fee was reasonable. It was incredibly pleasant in the room. As youd expect from this hotel chain, there was comfortable bed. With the windows closed, my room faced the highway, and there wasnt any traffic noise at all. I did eat dinner in town that evening, with dozens of food and beverages available as well. Since ill be leaving early, im unable to comment on how it was.

The checkin process was simple and easy, and the receptionist was courteous and very professional. Parking costs ps 7. The hotel is quite worn out and dirty, with a stale smell throughout the corridor. The rooms were clean, the bedsheets and towels were spotless, as was the shower and bath. 7 minutes from terminal 2 and 3.

I would assume that most people stop here because of its proximity to the airport, which is very convenient in that regard. The friendly reception staff welcomes you with open arms, however, the communal corridors and our room could use some updating. Overall, though, if you make your reservation well in advance, it is a good place to stay the night before boarding hor the next day.

I recently stayed here for three nights, and i must say that the staff and service were outstanding. It was a really enjoyable stay thanks to the lovely, helpful, friendly staff.
