Everything was great especially the staff at the check-in counter and restaurant. The only thing lacking is Kleenex in the room, however this seems to be the standard in all hotels we’ve stayed at in England.

Very clean room with a very comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming, nice, and helpful, and there's a Costa in the lobby that stays open late. Bus to Heathrow Terminal 5 is right outside the hotel, which is very convenient.

Hotel well situated to T5 2 stops on the bus £1.75 Restaurant was good quality. Excellent service by Alison, who seemed to enjoy my husbands jokes! Good size room. One of the best premier inn rooms we have stayed in.

The reception staff is available 24/7 & they were super nice, even with the late arrival of my flight I had requested a room w a bathtub & when the system put me in a room without one, they upgraded my room to a larger, much nicer room at no extra charge My room came with a hair dryer, so I didn't have to pack my own I didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't speak to that, but my bed was really comfortable I was also allowed a late check out & they offered to keep m luggage free of charge so I could go sightseeing all day without having to pay storage fees I was leary to book with them, as every hotel at Heathrow has some bad reviews, but I made the right choice- I would definitely stay here again

My room and bathroom were very clean and so were the bedding and towels. For a hotel, this is all I care about. In case anyone thinks they can walk to to this hotel, YOU CAN'T!! On Google Maps, it seems close enough but it really isn't. It is a 41-minute walk and my Bolt driver said it is illegal to walk in the Heathrow area anyway. There is a Costa Coffee in the hotel and an in-house restaurant; the food I ordered that night (Indian) was only OK. The staff was friendly enough but not super helpful in providing transportation details which is fine because we can always find that information online.

The front desk start were attentive and helpful with check-in. The breakfast staff were also great! The rooms were nice and surprisingly quiet so close to the airport.
