Premier inns are consistently reliable, comfortable, and good value for money, albeit largely the same. So having nice staff makes a big difference, so i want to give kudos to the breakfast crew, Teresa and marcia for their cheerful service!.

I was pleased with my stay at this worldfamous boutique hotel as a citizen of the world. The bed linens were tastefully made. There was sensual and energizing bathroom soap. Breakfast was simply divine. Reminded me of my trip to noma.

The staff members, teresa and marcia, were brilliant and made my stay more enjoyable by simply laughing and having a good time while doing their duties. I value kindness very much and starting the day off with humour puts us all on heightened spirits, so we should do more of it.

We stayed here for two nights while seeing sights in London. It was cheaper than staying centrally and very easy to get to because it is right next to eastcroydon station. The rooms were fine, but its a shame you cant open the windows, especially since our thermostat was set to 24 degrees celsius when we arrived and it was already evening. Would be nice if the cleaning staff checked this when getting the room ready. We couldnt set it to any temperature lower than 19 degrees which is way too hot for sleeping! Breakfast was good, good value and mostly delicious. I didnt enjoy the fried eggs because they were quite dry, however on the second morning i was offered the option of boiled or poached eggs, which was great! The area is rocky, yet we didn't feel unsafe and there are good facilities (coop right around the corner, restaurants etc. There was someone shouting and banging on something outside very early in the morning.

I stayed here in february. The location of the hotel was excellent. It is centrally located, close to the train station, and only a short drive from the city. Valeed, marcia, or Teresa were all very friendly. Every morning, i had savored the breakfast because it was delicious.

The hotel is fantastic, with delicious food and a great location. The bed and sheets are also very comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and funny. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here on a business trip. I had no expectations because this was booked for me, but what i got was incredibly pleasant. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the food was reasonably priced and reasonably price. Its easy to find the hotel, conveniently located near the central station and train station.

Ill give a 3.5star rating. In comparison to other locations, i stayed here for 330 pounds and spent four nights there. 1. The family room was adequate in size. The bed was comfortable. It was challenging to get supper. There was no proper communication among the staff. Only after three days of my stay was room service provided, and it was once more pitiful that only the washroom was serviced. Overall, the room treatment was the worst. 3. The food at thyme restaurant was very average. Didnt make dietary reservations. Had food only for two days because ive been with kiddy and chose to eat last. Biggest plus is that east croydon railway station is just 230 meters away from the hotel. Direct trains to the bridge, tennis, etc. Excellent station for commute and the area of the city. I opted for dinner at boxpark, which is next to this station. Lots of options. For four days, traveling around Wimbledon and central london, it cost me 65 pounds for 2 adults, but again, im hoping this helps you plan your trip. Best wishes and enjoy your vacation.

I would gladly stay again. We stayed one night on short notice and were delighted with the comfortable, clean room and the breakfast. The staff is very happy to help and provide anything needed. Location was perfect for us as we were a twominute walk from the eastcroydon railway which has many trains into central London.

This location is fantastic! Eastcroydon station and tram stop are only a short stroll away, and there is plenty to do in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are tidy and roomy, food is excellent, Teresa and marcia served me breakfast today, so i must say that she made the ideal hot chocolate for me. I want to thank everyone who made my stay comfortable and pleasant. As long as you ask and they can provide it, your staff will go above and beyond for you. Last night after dinner, ive been unable to manage my dessert so im asking if ill relax tastiest supper, then he said that food stops at 9 pm, but unless u want it then, his chef will make sure it is done for us when reback, which it was. P. S. Youll always get pampered in their lush beds, therefore youll never have dreadful sleep.

The location is safe and convenient, as it connects to east croydon station and provides access to tram services. We received excellent customer service and were always welcomed. The staff was decent and friendly. Maria and Teresa do an excellent job of treating guests in hospital. Apart from the queensize bed provided, the rooms are large enough to accommodate two additional beds. There is a departmental store right below the hotel, and the area was peaceful. I am eager to reserve this hotel again.

I had a pleasant stay in i shared sytayed room with my son for 7 nights. We slept well on our very comfortable bed! The staff were friendly, attentive and did their best to provide prompt customer service. Breakfast was plentiful and we were pleased with the variety of options available every morning. The location of the hotel made it very easy and convenient to commute anywhere.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent. They were really helpful and took great care to make sure we were well taken care of. It was wonderful to see that they offered options for both bacon and veggie sausage, which i made use of in my favor.

Excellent location, close to the train station and the nearby box park for a lively nightlife. The dinner was excellent, the staff always had swagger and rashmi, who served me, went above and beyond to make it recommened. Both the breakfast and brunch crew were pleasant. Will return when next down.
