The hotel is a little outdated and could use some improvement, but we were satisfied with the stay, good service, and clean rooms. Not very nice area, however close to trains and buses which is good if you need to see more. Elisabeth line 10 minutes away.

Pleasant overnight stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the extra pillows in the space were appreciated. Although small, it was a decent bathroom. At the front desk, mckenzie was outstanding, she was courteous, helpful, or competent.

We had a great time there. The beds are really comfortable. Its excellent for the price. People believe these are supposed to be fivestar hotels, but they are only paying half the cost. Particularly ele, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and accommodated us.

This place is highly recommended by me. The location is close to local amenities, and the staff is very polite and helpful. They have nice, clean, comfortable rooms, a comfortable mattress, which is also comfortable for sleeping well. Unlike i had snoozed very bad at tastier chain hotel chains in the area, the employees here respect and help their guests. Additionally, there is safe parking, making it very useful for both work and travel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the premier inn in london, and i must say that it was a wonderful experience. The staff at reception welcomed me with utmost warmth and made the checkin process smooth. Their friendliness gave my stay reassurance. Comfortable rooms were provided, providing incredibly comfortable beds for chilly nights sleep after navigating the city on foot. Excellent service was provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests ive had. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided valuable recommendations for nearby attractions. Overall, judging by how good the hotel was, my time at premier hotels in lexington hayes was both memorable and enjoyable. In conclusion, considering the quality of the stay, this hotel offered excellent value for the money. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this accommodation ten stars for its exceptional staff members, cleanliness, overall experience on my next trip to the capital.

The hotel lives up to its reputation. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are comfy, and the air conditioning is a plus. There is excellent food at the pub, which has incredibly friendly staff. For me, it was the best part of my stay because of the hotels staffs friendliness and helpfulness.

We stayed here to attend a nearby family event. It was conveniently located, had good parking, and had cosy rooms. The staff we saw were very helpful, especially enzio, who went above and beyond to assist us in finding cabs to go to our event! A big thank you to him.

My family left something behind a week ago, so we had to take it. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and handled my request in reassurance. She is credited to your hotel, dont lose her. Thank you, raf northolt, for the grumpy man.

The room was decent but outdated. The food was unexpectedly good for breakfast, although service was slow due to understaffing. A lower rating is given because you have to pay ps 6 for parking, which is offputting. Other premmier inns up north, for example, offer free parking.

The hotel is old but clean. The smell could be improved. I was told some guests smoke occasionally so i guess theyre doing their best but the smell is already on the walls. Air freshening in the room is recommended. Thank you housekeeper who gave me towels when ive asked. Nice room, old and clean hotel.
