Excellent premier inn! The personnel were kind and accommodating, and the breakfast room and breakfast were excellent. The bathroom was excellent, and our room was cozy. I understand the reason for the soap dispenser, but i personally dont like them. The space was tidy and wellkept!.

I had a wonderful vacation. We would like to thank the female chef we encountered at the romford west branch this past week for their wonderful hospitality. The entire team, including the manager, is friendly and accommodating. We reserved a buffet breakfast that offered a wonderful selection of both continental and full english breakfast options. The rooms were cozy, with a comfortable mattress and two options for pillows soft and softer.

I have had my stay at an I inn in the past 6 months on business, and this one has a good score. Small I inn with friendly and helpful staff. The chef was accommodating and cooked me some food to order. They help me to smile every morning all day during my 4 days there.

The hotel needs some tlc, the rooms are outdated, and the outside and no ac is indeed a bummer. But the suberb service, delicious breakfast, and 5 star cleanliness leave nothing to be desired. Cant recall all the lovely staff names, such as the boys i met on the night. A big thank you to patrick for bringing fresh eggs and bacon to our table, and to the receptionist edits, who gave my grandson a bottle of water and some ice lollies.

We have stayed here twice, and this time, we are very happy because the staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel is always lovely and clean. Due to mobility issues, we also needed a groundfloor room, and they were able to provide us with one. Breakfast is always delicious, hot, and freshly prepared. Peter, the chef, even cooked us fresh eggs and asked us what we would like, and i had two poached eggs. My partner and i both agreed that the breakfast we had at this hotel both times (apologies, we didnt get the chef name from our first visit, but it was a lady. Keep doing what you are doing, and we will definitely be back when we need to stay anywhere near where you are again and would recommend you to anyone staying in and around the romford area.

During checkin, there was a little confusion because we had reserved two rooms. However, aside from that, the stay was excellent. Breakfast was excellent value for money, as it is free for children. Additionally, we were able to secure a very good price for the rooms because we made our reservation early. The free parking was not an issue.

The staff was very friendly. Our young daughter has allergies but we managed to speak to the chef at breakfast time who was very understanding. She made a separate batch for our daughter to avoid cross contamination - ended up being such a relaxed breakfast compared to what we were used to! Other advantages include a spacious family room with a sofabed set up for us upon arrival. There is ample free parking.

Premier inns are essentially the same, they are a respectable place to stay with comfortable beds and helpful staff. However, this particular premiers room could benefit from a freshening up of decoration. Despite this, the room was clean and tidy.

I would only say that the service from this hotel is excellent. The employees were really accommodating and looked after us better than other larger hotels we have stayed in. We were there for our wedding, they cleaned our room to a high standard and even went above and above to get us a card and a gift that left us some balloons. I never expected such a sweet gesture. Made our fragile condition extra special. Couldnt recommend this hotel enough. Particular recognition to Claire and a few staff members whose names I forgot to call. Very kind, caring and taking good care of you.

Booking online is simple, and its nice to have a choice of price depending on how certain you are of your arrangements. The receptionist who booked us in was very helpful and efficient. We slept well without any disturbances even though we were on the ground floor very close to the main road. The room was clean and wellappointed. We had to book a second night due to unforeseen circumstances, and we slept well again. In these covid times, we were able to collect more tea and coffee to help us through. Will use again without hesitation.

One of the best premier inns ive ever been to. The staff was excellent, polite, and helpful. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The free parking is a plus, and the location isnt too bad, especially given that it is right next to a toby.

Affordable, pleasant place, comfortable for children, good bathroom, lovely shower, clean towels, enough toiletries, good breakfast, my kids enjoyed breakfast, they looked up at it.
