Staff and room were amazing! Fantastic room with a view to south beach. Only downside is Expedia emailed confirmation with FREE breakfast, but this wasn’t the case and booked us as room only. This caused an uncomfortable conversation with the owner at breakfast time this morning, costing us an additional £25 for breakfast. This was not the owners fault, but Expedia.

The property was beautifully kept inside and out. The room we stayed in had beautiful furniture and the view was of the beach and fort and Cauldy Island and with the sun shining it was amazing. You could walk to the beach and around town within a short distance. There’s steep steps to the beach or further up, a zig-zag path. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety too. The owner really wants to make sure that you enjoy your holiday. We definitely will return. Parking at the Pay and Display cost £10 per 24 hours for the one at the other end of the street from the B&B.

Great stay! Very Quirky B&B! Greats hosts and very friendly! Fab breakfast so many options to choose from! Only negative was that we was in the loft room and although a fan was provided it was very warm getting ready and to sleep in! Would definitely stay again just not in the loft room in the summer months!

Great views from the bedroom. The only problem was lots of stairs but it was worth it for the sea view! Very good location, a leisurely 10 minutes walk to the train station and right next to the town walls and overlooking the lovely South beach.

What a beautiful hotel, with rooms overlooking the beach. Fall to sleep with the sound of the ocean, surrounded by luxury. The hotel owner is outstanding and very attentive. The breakfast was of good quality and cooked to perfection! We can't wait to stay again.

Loved our stay here, last minute booking but Graham was more than welcoming when we turned up at the property. A family of 3 (son is 9 years old) and our dog. Room was spotless with an amazing sea view, really beautiful. The beach was just across the road but down multiple steps which some may find difficult to climb. We will definitely be back! A fabulous 2 night stay; hotel was really lovely and friendly. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a larger room with a sea view which was a lovely surprise and unexpected. Breakfast was also delicious; stunning location.
