This review is a long overdue. We stayed here in the middle of graduation in 2023. It was also tswifties in town. The hotel was very accommodating to my husband and me with our 3 kids. Our 3yearold got sick 3 times over the night and they were quick to provide new bedding and towels. That was the worst case scenario and we were helpful with gatorade and water. Checked us later. Location is ideal for everything in downtown - we are locals who moved away. Rooms were great and clean. Great stay.

The staff was amazing and helpful! Extremely patient and worked with me and my circumstances. The hotel itself was average. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. My Uber drivers had a hard time getting there and leaving. But it worked out.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Magnificient Mile neighborhood, which is within walking distance of most of downtown chic. It was a lively hotel because there were many people hanging out in front of the lobby every night we were there (they even had djs). The rooms were decent and had street views, but as other reviews have stated, they werent particularly clean and definitely needed maintenance (our air conditioner was broken). Im not sure if they serve breakfast, however i didnt see anyone eating it which may be acceptable there are plenty of restaurants nearby. They appear to also have onsite restaurants and fitness centers, although the front desk staff didn't tell us about them. Overall, though, we would recommend it because it is incredibly good value for the price and location.

The lobby bar is lively and noisy. This hotel is unquestionably suitable for those who enjoy partying. The rooms were peaceful and had a lively atmosphere. Excellent location, close to the river walk, millennium park, and navy Pier, just two blocks from the magnificent mile. There was likewise onsite gym and pool.

I had an amazing time here! The robot that delivers extra towels, etc. Is neat! I heartily suggest using mobile checkin and checkout, particularly if youre on a time crunch, as lines can get quite long during peak hours! If you are techsavvy, its really simple. This is primarily suited for those on the cutting edge.

The rooms are spacious considering the location in the city center, and speaking of which, its conveniently located near the magnificent mile, which offers plenty of good shopping and dining options. However, there is room for improvement in customer service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, so i wouldnt hesitate to return.

The hotel is located just off the coast of michigan, and the receptionists were friendly and offered free tea and coffee until 11.00. The room was spacious and had a rustic feel to it. There is onsite physiotherapy and billiards facility. Free wifi is available. Good hotel with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was beautiful and had a city view. The toiletries were provided were very good. Everything is clean and tidy throughout the hotel. Gym and pool facilities were also very nice. Water temperature was perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly during all shifts. Conveniently located near many useful stores. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Would gladly stay here again at any time, thank you so much!.

Hal pertama yang merepotkan adalah tidak ada tempat parkir dan tidak mudah untuk memarkir di depan pintu hotel untuk check-in. Namun, kelebihannya adalah harga kamarnya tidak mahal. Berjalan di malam hari Jika Anda berjalan menyusuri tepi sungai kecil di pusat kota Chicago, Anda dapat melihat banyak bangunan terpantul di air sungai, seperti gambaran yang indah. Jika Anda ingin melihat pemandangan malam, baiknya menginap di hotel di pusat kota, meskipun tempat parkirnya tidak nyaman. The location is ideal. The room was clean, the pool had a great view and parking was convenient. Noise from the hallway and sirens outside can be heard in the rooms, but overall it was ok. I would use this hotel again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, but the hotel itself could benefit from some tlc. Given the price, i had anticipated fewer. My room phone wasnt working, and my shower was leaking. The bed wasn't particularly cozy either. Room service is only provided every other day, which is acceptable, however, two of the three cleanings they performed, they did not restock the coffee and cups, or they once forgot to leave water. Although the bar staff is excellent and some at the desk are also, the staff members are mixed bag, while the bars are wonderful and others at reception are as well. However, when we checked out, there was one very unpleasant woman who didnt even see us. In the morning, free coffee is served in the lobby, along with occasionally drinking water, it is helpful. I also appreciated that steamers were used in place of irons in our rooms, as opposed to ironing, on the hv, we could watch Netflix before going to bed.
