We stayed in Hillsboro after a concert in Waco. The room is clean, comfortable and perfect for what we need it for. The lady who checked us in said s amazing. She was super friendly and helpful when our tv wasn’t working.

Yes, I've posted several reviews saying the same things. That's because they're true. My family and I have been lucky enough to stay here through several reservations, many times back-to-back. Things don't change, though - we had other options that we could have taken advantage of, but we keep coming back to this property. Even though the property is older, it is kept in good shape and is suitable for travelers, workers, and families alike. The staff is friendly and makes sure that we have all that we need. The price is right for what you get.

Everytime we stay here we feel welcome. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure that we have all that we need. The morning coffee is wonderful and readily available. The property is safe and quiet, especially considering its proximity to I-35. Surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, one has everything needed.

We were cautious at first based on past reviews, but this property has grown on us. The staff is great, and the property feels safe. Being next to I-35, we were concerned about highway noise, but it's actually quiet. Good lighting on the parking lot makes walking around the property safe. Our situation is somewhat unique, and the staff has been accommodating and friendly from the start.

The staff and management here is friendly and accommodating. The coffee in the mornings is great (Community Coffee) and readily available during the posted hours. Despite being next to I-35, the property is quiet and is kept mostly clean. Plenty of lighting on the parking lot to keep things safe.

The staff here is tremendous! Every person we've encountered has been friendly and accommodating. We're in a tight spot, and the management has worked with us to make sure that we're taken care of. Housekeeping is always smiling and friendly, and checks on us to make sure that we have everything we need.

The staff has consistently been friendly and courteous. Even though they don't know the whole story, we are in dire straits, and they have been accommodating to us at every turn. The room is quieter than expected right next to the interstate, and the building/property is kept in good order.

The property was in the condition that I expected for the rate they were receiving. It was not perfect but acceptable for the one night we were staying. We were trying to be reasonable and not expect too much. The room could have been a little cleaner, the bed could have been better (something popped every time my wife moved) but for the price, we could accept those items.

Okay for the cost. No in room coffee. only one trash can in room . My wife was bitten then killed one bedbug the lobby was notified upon checkout. All items washed according to recommendations upon returning home. Room searched no others were found.

nothing fancy about this property, but at the least, the manager on duty was very friendly and assisted us when needed. Had a problem getting the entry cards to activate and eventually had to change rooms. Manager was helpful and apologetic for the hassle.

Price was great for a quick shower and few hours sleep. Pros-price, close to places to eat, shop, free breakfast(nothing special but you can get full) Waffles, cereal, fruit, oj, milk, coffee, toast, oatmeal, muffins, etc. Check in and out pretty quick and easy. Cons- ac not on and room very hot- cooled within 2hrs. Needs few minor repairs and the carpet was loose and kinda rolling. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. Only towels for 1 in room. Bed was okay but I have an excellent top line at home so for $50 Id say it's a 4/5 on the bed comfort. If it was a $150 room Id expect a way better room and mattress. Paid less than $50 for 2 ppl to shower, sleep, and have breakfast. It was comfortable, quiet, and a good value for price. If you really want to make a good first and last impression I'd suggest you hire/train a more professional staff. Clean professional Appearance, friendliness, and a smile go a super long way. Unfortunately none of those were represented by the member of staff on duty at check in and same person sprawled out sleeping in chair with hand on crotch as we entered for breakfast. Didn't bother us any but might be offensive to someone else. Maybe put a comfy chair behind the desk and sleep back there. If I don't stay here again it would be because of the staff/service not professional or welcoming. I could take over this place and have all these things in order, repairs made, staff trained in 90days. Light a fire under manager or replace them.
