First stay at a hotel, first stay in Hawaii and in all honesty it was great!! Very clean, good space for me, not a ton of room for several people but I was by myself. Very quiet, nice AC and easy to figure things out. Bags were held by staff on several occasions when I had to check into other hotels, and staff was super friendly <3 I can't speak for laundry or parking as I did not use either. But great location too and cheap! Bed was clean and comfortable.
