The room had carpet and would prefer a wood floor I feel a hotel feels fresher without carpets these days. It is better for allergies and cleanliness.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The room on the other hand was not so great. The lights were all unplugged or didnt have a light bulb. The bathroom door did not close. The door key did not open the door. The staff blamed it on the cold weather, but the room next door opened easily. I had to call the front office to let us in each time we went out. I will not be booking this hotel again.
