I ended up not staying there. There was only a bathroom available not one inside the room. There wasn’t parking available either, meaning I would have had to park quite far from the place. No AC only a fan. This property is a hostel not a motel nor hotel. Staff was friendly

shared bathroom had showers, but not much privacy - just a shower curtain. Building was not well painted. Staff was friendly.

Advertised and labeled a hotel when its a hostel. Parking situation not good for the business model. Room lacked temperature control, poor upkeep of wall sockets & flooring and roaches were obsereved on the wall. Staff manning the front desk was courteous though.

It was the worst check in experience I have had in los Angeles bthe room did not have AC or any basic amenities you would receive at a similar priced hotel in the area, frankly it a pure rip off...

So, this place was not accurately advertised on Expedia, and I tried desperately to cancel my reservation once I arrived in LA. Even Yelp said this place was permanently closed, and when I tried to call to cancel, the office called me 5 times, refused to refund me, and basically coerced me into staying there. There’s a reason this hotel has no website or anything. The “office” was in a laundry room, and the guy’s laptop, taking my card information, was on a fold-out table. No toilet in the bedroom, just a teeny mirror and sink that house little beetles in the drain. I actually held my bladder for 6 hours, so I didn’t have to walk down the hall and use one of the two stalls. The showers? Just two curtains dividing them from you and anyone who wants to see you :D I felt like I was in an episode of American Horror Story. I’ve seen better sheets and bedding in a morgue. If I had a choice between sleeping here again for almost $100/night or jail, I’d choose jail. I genuinely have never felt more unsafe at a property and will never return here for as long as I live.

This is a great place if you’re homeless ! If you’re down on your luck , it may be okay if you want to share the bathroom with the whole floor ! When I complained to the owner, his attitude was exactly what the hotel looked like ! Terrible !

So odd. There is no bathroom in your room, the number on the door was a paper taped and hand written. Crackheads were arguing in another room, reeked of weed. The shared restroom is dangerous for women, I tried to go to the women’s and someone inside pushed it back closed on me, so I used the men’s. The front desk was nice I guess and gave me a small bag of chips with check in. They also called early to confirm my arrival, so they seem friendly and professional. But the vibe, no restroom, was ghetto and felt unsafe. I’m grateful the staff let us leave, when we changed our mind, without charging or giving us a hard time.
