Lovely little gem! There is no staff, but if you have a question, there is a number to call and someone will pick up. Stayed 3 days, but is suffice for longer stays. Has a mini kitchenette in room which I didn't expect. College dorm fridge, sink, coffee pot with ground packets, forks, spoons, bowls, two plates under sink, along with a one burner hot plate, and a toaster! The bed was comfortable, so were the pillows. Got a good night rest. I had the room facing the street so it wasn't too noisy during the night. This place is really chill and would def come back!

I would rate my stay at this hotel excellent, and I am not just saying that. The check in / check out process is done remotely. When I first arrived to the location and no one was there I was worried. I received a text on how to check in and got along fine. The area is within a mile of all the main attractions of Boston but far enough away. The room was simple. The main shopping area of Boston was less than a mile away. This was likely the most affordable place to stay. If nothing were to change about this hotel, I would recommend staying here. Just be prepared for a remote communication delay, if you understand this you will be fine. No pool or gym included in the hotel, but nearby those things are available to the area.

This is a convenient property, close to the T and the Common. You will need to be able to walk up some narrow stairs, and adjust to sharing a common bathroom. I met the owner while he was shoveling snow after the nor'easter, and he could not have been nicer! Great value for the money, fairly quiet and I would stay again.

Really good deal for the price you pay ! I stayed 6 nights and didn’t have any issues other than the sheets and the mattress kept getting “wet” from the overall humidity in the room. The bathrooms are shared but I never had issues using it.

Excellent value for the price! I recommend it highly. More amenities in the rooms than they list online, including microwave, mini fridge, coffee, toaster, iron, hair dryer, some clothes hangers. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Comfy and clean bed. A charming old brownstone.

Bed was clean and comfortable with good lighting. There was a fridge, microwave, and air conditioning in the room. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was also provided in the bathroom. Managers were responsive via e-mail and text whenever you had questions during the stay.

Wonderful property. However, just to know that the stairs were very steep. And the bathroom is shared. Otherwise very cute area. A little loud but other than that was, I had a wonderful time.
