Great breakfast with handcrafted coffees. Fruits, especially fresh berries SWEET and fresh! Room small but rather functional. Bed firm but that’s how I like it. Bedding with starched cotton duvet cover - wonderful! That’s what I’m used to from hotel bedding in Europe. Front desk super nice to store my luggage before my meeting and on the last day of my meeting, after early check out in the morning. Easy 11 minute walk to Moscone Convention Center. Now I’m going to watch for citizenM Hotels!

Location was great, very close to Union Square and to Moscone Center. Rooms were cozy, but really excellent and they had everything you would need. Very comfortable bed, fast wifi, clean room, fluffy towels. The ambiance was very cool. Staff was outstanding, extremely helpful, in particular Rebeka at the front desk. Highly recommended.

This hotel is perfect for solo travelers. I've stayed at citizenM many times before in different cities and it never disappoints. I wouldn't choose if I were traveling with my wife but when I'm traveling alone for business or anything else I love citizenM for the modern, quiet and comfortable room. It's tiny, but for solo travelers that's all you need. The only complaint I have is the blackout curtains was always broken in every room I've stayed so far. It always work going up and down, but it's always off the tracks on the side so it lets light pass through. It's a pity since it's such a good quality mechanism, but it's either not installed correctly or doesn't stand the abuse from customers.
