Clean room and plenty of parking. Stairs to second floor. Only con was our room had the air conditioner cover on floor upon arrival, but it still worked. Was nice hotel to use for quick stay after a late arrival flight.

I stay at this Hotel a lot and Everytime I have an amazing experience very clean newly remodeled excellent for the price ... definitely can't beat the price ...when I am in the room it fills like I am at the Hilton

I love this place. I have stayed here several times, and every time, I’ve had a great experience. The hot water is reliable, the rooms are super clean, and honestly, for the price, you can’t beat the value. I’ve also stayed at the Hyatt, which costs about four times as much, and the rooms were very similar. I will definitely be staying at Evergreen more often — the price and quality can’t be matched. The front desk staff are friendly and professional; I’ve never had an issue. Also, the receptionist at the front is gorgeous, which is a nice bonus!

I've rented a room here at least seven times in the past month, and every single stay has exceeded my expectations. Each room I've stayed in was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—so much so that at times, I felt like I was staying at the Hilton. Stayed here last weekend and the experience was rough from the start. The lobby was locked even during the day, so check‑in happened through a window. I was given a key and told my room number verbally—nothing written, no receipt, no paperwork since I booked through Hotels.com. They also charged a $60 security deposit immediately instead of placing a hold. The room had a comfortable bed and a nice headboard, but that’s where the positives ended. No hangers, the double lock didn’t work, and the heavy room doors slam loudly every time someone enters or leaves. The parking lot felt sketchy. The TV didn’t work until maintenance came to fix it. I’d already seen reviews about delayed deposit refunds (7–10 days), so I contacted Hotels.com. They escalated it and called the hotel, but the property still wouldn’t provide any written confirmation. Only after that call did my deposit finally post the next day. Overall: you get what you pay for, but the locked lobby, lack of transparency, and deposit issues make this a place I wouldn’t choose again.

Parking is easy and seems secure. The room that we are billeted is a huge room, it just needs air freshener to get rid of the room odour. It has only one chair.

No elevator. Hallways are dirty. There’s one time I saw someone peed in the hallway and it took a long time to clean it. The bed is loud like it’s not well built. But the mattress is good. The pillows, I know it’s made of foam but foams from scratch like they just crumpled it together to fit in the pillow cases. The TV screen is broken. The staffs are friendly but cleanliness, location and other things are not recommendable to other guests.

Hearing my neighbors scream at each other at 3:00am as though I was next door was kinda the nail on the coffin for staying here. It’s good price but for a reason. Need more insulation between rooms or better security to put a curb to that.
