the Motel is old, and Dank. Old Stained Mattresses, everything looked filthy. would highly recommend a remodel. for the extra 30 dollars you can stay somewhere that has breakfast and an ice machine.

The outer door wouldn't lock, called front desk and told them about it. They sent maintenance right away, he fixed problem.

When we arrived we found out that, due to renovations, the complimentary breakfast would not be available. Disappointing but surmountable. Then when we got to the room, the door didn't lock securely, the lighting and plumbing fixtures were dirty and loose. I also did not trust the bedding. We opted to leave. The lady at the front desk cheerfully offered another room, but I declined. She then helped us find another hotel and took care of the bill. Scary accommodations but outstanding customer service. I do wish them well and I am grateful for their help in salvaging our Daddy-Daughter weekend!

I did not think this was as bad as most of the reviews suggest. It was a spacious older motel a little way out of town. It looked a little shabby but seemed clean and this was reflected in the price. Everything worked except I could not access the wifi. I slept well despite some noisy neighbors.

This poor, tired motel in Mineral Wells was cheap- but you typically get what you pay for. The place was tired looking- beds were bouncy, but had crisp new sheets. It was pretty buggy, but I took bug spray and had a number of face up bugs about an hour in. Although we were not in a smoking room, we might as well have been because the two rooms on either side of us were. This motel was kind of far out of center of town. Another hotel, closer in, same price, same issues- but at least it was closer to town. Like I said, when you only pay $40 per night on a weekend in a town where the nice hotel charges $200+ per night, you set the expectation bar pretty low.

I was very disappointed. The room was musty, dirty and the pool had black water in it. I did not stay. I left. I have never seen a motel like this.
