They are having problems with the AC as well as the TVs in King bed rooms but front desk was friendly.

Manager Phil went above in helping with printer, cleaning outside, moving rooms when hvac didnt work. Property is under renovation, upgrades. Hvac - no heat in room, key cards - kept demagnetizing, fitness room (construction "dust"). Also switching to Fairfield in near future when standards are met. Will be nice when done. Will stay again.

The fire alarm went off at 2 am. Went on for a long time. Ruined our sleep. Room was nice and new mostly clean except the tissue with dried blood on it. Breakfast the second day was better. Quite limited options

The hotel was beautiful but there are definitely some maintenance issues. Our room could not close the bathroom door, the plug in the bathroom sink could not be shut and although the thermostat was set at 50 the room never got cooler than 79 unless we left the window open. The hot tub had not been cleaned for awhile there was debris floating in it.

We never recived clean towels the second day. Garbage not emptied. No maintenance to room at all. Sippy cup in drawer from previous occupants.

Stayed is a supposedly updated/remodeled room. They should fire whomever is remodeling the rooms. Huge bathroom with NO power outlets!! 1 towel hanger, which is being used to hang the hair dryer (which you can't use in the bathroom) Water saving feature in the shower is a travesty!! Push a button, then wait for the water to heat up, then it shuts off, push the button again then begin to shower then shuts off, push button again ..etc etc. 1 set of outlets by the bed.. only 1 set!! Lighting does't cover the room ! 2 lights are lighting the top of an amoire/ closet..!! Great people and area.. but would chose another hotel if traveling to Helena, Mt again.

Same old Wingate and owners, new paint. Shower handle fell off. Ar check-in i was told the TV probably wont work and something about turning off the AC will keep the room reasonable. All mew Marriott eh, ha.

I called and asked ahead of time asked if they had a hot tub and pool they said yes but failed to mention the hot tub was drained and not working and the pool was freezin we asked them to turn the heat up on the pool so the next day it would be warm they assured me it would be the next day / night it was still freezing. One of the reasons to stay there was because of hot tub and pool, very disappointed. No tv guide to show channels had to flip through all of them. Went to get their chocolate milk to take to room it was froze solid..alot of little things that i could of enjoyed.. Probably will never stay there again

The property was clean and very quiet. I was not notified upon check-in that the hot tub was out of order. Our TV was stuck on Spanish and everytime we changed it to English it would play English language for a little bit then mute or go back to Spanish. No bath tub in our room just a shower.

Door keys would not work repeatedly we may st have had 6-8 keys finally every time we left and came back we just got a new key. First night heat wouldn’t work finally got a different room, had to change rooms then couldn’t turn heat down, had to open window, morning coffee was bad. Won’t stay here again

Front desk women were awful. Slow, inconsiderate, clueless as to their registration online, etc. Room 300 wasn't cleaned before my stay. Toilet was dirty, etc.

Room was dirty. Either they didn’t vacuum or they need a new one. Long black hairs in the shower. Bathroom sink and tile were dirty as well. Breakfast was not good either. They had a stainless container for eggs and meat but when opened it was empty. The only hot option was a waffle.
