What a fantastic hotel! I travelled to Maui with my husband and two children aged 5 & 8. Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick! I didn’t like that the room we received was such a stretch to walk to so came back and the really helpful manager, despite being almost at full capacity moved us to a higher room category with a beautiful partial ocean view. Whilst we were there there was rain on and off but the hotel made sure the grounds were scrupulous. We were out exploring a lot but when in the hotel the children loved the soft beach, the pools (they must have gone on the slide 50 times) and making friends with other children. There were art classes on for the children and I got to try my hand at painting turtles and making glass art too! Room service was efficient and the rooms were turned down each day and left so neatly. I love that the Fairmont provide re-usable bottles for the guests vs plastic and there are ice and water dispensers all over the property. You can self park or valet- it’s refreshing that a resort doesn’t charge separate parking fees to self park vs the other four hotels we visited over this trip! I would recommend it fully for those with kids, and those wanting gorgeous suites with space! We would absolutely book here again! Thank you Fairmont your staff were so helpful and made our stay just perfect!

Very beautiful property overall and great location! The one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4 with two teens. Really loved the restroom in our suite. Huge and had some nice upgrades like motion censored lights when you entered. The outside walking path was wonderful along the coast, and we took advantage of that. Staff was extremely helpful and I left a ballcap one day at the beach and one of the beach staff members kept it safe for me. Our 16 year old also lost her AirPod case which thankfully was personalized and the hotel found that for us as well. The free shuttle service to other nearby resorts and dinner spots was great. The staff at Pilina was terrific. The Pizza in the market was a hit and our teens enjoyed it multiple times. The server at Ko was great and high energy and helped customize our meal choices. Some areas for improvement- the hotel did not offer any fresh green juices. We like to have those in the morning at breakfast and there wasn’t any on the entire premises. Also, the cabanas were all in loud areas around the main pools with kids screaming in the pool and throwing balls that were hitting our chairs. We reserved 4 days of cabanas and finally cancelled day 4 because they just weren’t relaxing in the locations they were placed in. We have a 16 and 17 year old and when we booked the 4 cabanas we asked to book them at the adult pool but were told no since our kids aren’t 18. Terrible. Our kids are quiet so this was a miss. Great trip otherwise!

The villas are spectacular. We received impeccable service throughout our stay. The villa was fully stocked with everything we needed for our family of 6. Having a washer and dryer in the unit makes the return so much more pleasant. To return home with everything clean relieves so much added pressure and anxiety. We cannot wait to return.

Spacious resort hotel overlooking the beach in Wailea. Our suite was in a prime location with amenities we expected for the price. Staff was efficient and friendly and our favorite place was the incredible breakfast buffet. Probably in the top three or four we have enjoyed anywhere in the world. Our only mistake was booking a stay at the height of spring break. But that was our oversight.
