I was very impressed with the room, which came with a full kitchen and utensils. The bed was very comfortable. The self-serve breakfast was better than most hotels. I would defintely stay at the Homewood Suites again. The only negative was the $25 per night parking fee.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Social hour on Wed with complimentary wine and appetizers was a pleasant addition to our stay. Very clean room and quiet parking is easily accessible but $25 a night. Would stay here again. It’s downtown

Very nice hotel at a good price in a downtown Richmond location. The desk staff were super nice and very helpful. They have a very interesting elevator system where you touch the screen for the floor you want. When we were in the parking garage, it took me a while to figure out how to get to the lobby (which has its own logo at the bottom of the numbers). It is nice though because you typically have the elevator to yourself. The breakfast was simple, but good. The beds were comfortable, but I had trouble sleeping because of the very loud air-conditioning sound going on and off during the night. The only other thing I would add is that the hotel is somewhat dated with scratched furniture in the rooms. They should definitely replace the rug in the main lobby, which is ragged on one side and is not a good look. I would probably stay here again.

I came mid week. There was great communication from staff regarding updates and checking on my needs. Parking was not an issue. Overall I had a great experience with them and would stay again next time I am in Richmond Virginia.

Breakfast was good, the fitness center was nice, the rooftop restaurant and bar were very cool. One of the elevators from the parking garage was broken, which made it a pain to get in the first time, but inside the building they worked great.

I must say when I read the reviews I was a bit frightened but this was the only room in the area that included the two beds for my daughter and friends that were coming to town nevertheless I'm glad I do not judge based off others reviews and go with my own instincts and this stay was a 10 out of 10 so much room in the suite the lobby was spotless the check-in and check out was Swift as well as easy no hiccups at all parking we didn't use parking but parking is available on site there's a garage and I believe it's only $25 a night with in and out privileges nevertheless I will highly recommend this hotel based off of our stay the Super Bowl weekend.

The suite was spacious and comfortable for a business trip. The location is very convenient as is the integration of the hotel with the parking garage. They have a very efficient elevator system that sends you to one of the four elevators labeled A-D depending on what floor you request. Breakfast was noticeably higher quality than your average hotel with a lot of variety. There afternoon of my second day there, a city water main broke (completely out of the hotel’s control), causing practically all guests to have to leave early, as there was no running water in the guest suites. In this challenging situation, the help desk staff was very professional and helpful, especially considering how many people had to check out in a short time. To make up for the inconvenience of having to find alternate lodging, they kindly refunded both nights of my two-night stay. It will be my top choice the next time I need lodging in downtown Richmond.

Our stay at Homewood Suites in Richmond, VA, was just what we needed and more than we expected! The lobby was inviting, staff very professional and friendly, our suite just exceptional and the bed so comfortable I had a hard time getting up. Not to mention the breakfast! It was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

It was super cute, clean, and comfortable! Staff was super helpful and kind. Convenient walking with short drives to other destinations depending on what you’re looking for. Loved that there was a rooftop bar to add to our amazing experience!
