The property obtains a hold of USD 100.00 security deposit for additional incidentals (e.g. parking) per room per stay to our guests’ credit cards on arrival. The property automatically releases the credit card hold (if unused) immediately upon departure. Please note that the credit card issuing bank may take various time lag to release the hold (normally 7-10 business days, but some bank are exceptions and may take much longer). The property has no control in when the credit card issuing bank will release the hold.

Reservations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival may cancel within 24 hours (1 day) after booking without penalty. Reservations require a deposit equal to the value of the first night's room and tax charges at time of booking.
