Despite all the bad reviews we read, we found the Luxor quite a delightful experience. Rooms were comfortable, didnt see any bugs at all. The water pressure was excellent, loved the deep bathtub. Bed was comfortable. Elevators worked great and we never had to wait. Used the gold Elevators. Check in and out was easy. Pleasant staff. Convenient location. Food prices were very high but close to affordable food courts.

The Luxor hotel truly felt like another world I have slept in many hotels over the years in Vegas, but none felt so at home like Luxor. The staff was great the food is a bit overpriced and the parking lot is a walk from the actual hotel, but these are minor things that do not take away from the experience of being here. There’s so many things to do both inside the hotel and outside including visiting the Excalibur Hotel and Mandalay Bay. Highly recommended for a fun getaway with friends or families just beware of brining children they do have the casino on the first floor and the smell of cigarettes is very potent.

When I initially arrived, checked into my room, there was someone in my room doing something with someone. So they made me come all the way back downstairs to get another room to check in. They did take off my fees which I appreciated. But I just wasn’t sure how they did not know somebody was still in the room that they check me into
