An affordable and lovely stay! I messaged ahead to request a parking pass and they set one aside for me in advance without any issues. The amenities were wonderful and the hotel is in a great spot in the area! I was able to walk straight from the hotel to different shops without having to worry about parking. I was moving across the country and had to leave some of my belongings in my vehicle overnight and felt safe doing so (although I don’t suggest ever doing that!) as the parking garage was well lit and secure. When checking in I talked with a girl at the front desk that was absolutely the sweetest, I wish I grabbed her name! Overall a great stay and would love to stay again!

Corner king with kitchen room was excellent. Beautiful view of the city, very clean, extremely comfortable bed, very roomy, coffee maker and coffee provided. Great quality ropes provided for our use. Very good bottle of wine per stay provided plus wine tasting every day from 5-6 pm at the beautiful lobby area. Wonderful staff, easy accessible paid parking. However, it is very unfortunate the area around the hotel didn't feel too safe. But the hotel was perfect.

The Mark Spencer Hotel has an excellent rating that is well deserved. The lobby is cozy and quiet with plenty of places to sit and relax. Our room was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and the bathroom was also spacious. The bed was sooo comfortable, just fantastic. Lastly the hotel is an incredible value. Strongly recommended.

Had a great experience with the Mark Spencer hotel. From check in to check out everything went so smooth. They allowed me to check in early. Helped me with my luggage. Staff was super friendly. Room was very clean and plenty comfortable. The gym room could use a little help but that’s not a huge deal. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Booked this hotel last minute as a girls overnight trip for my daughter who was turning 16. When the front desk staff found out it was her birthday they upgraded our room to one with a better view and gave her cookies and chocolate. The front desk staff were very sweet and personable. The room was great, clean, and I had no complaints. We spent a lot of the evening at Powells book store which is a quick walk and got burgers for dinner at mcmenamins. Nice location with plenty to walk to. Would stay again!
