This hotel is either new or newly renovated. Either way, it far surpassed all of my expectations. The room was well designed and clean. It even had a comfortable bed! Customer service was great as well. I will not stay anywhere other than this hotel when visiting the Albany or Corvallis area.

Nice people, I was pulling a trailer which I found out normally the can't accommodate. When I got there staff found a spot and helped me park it. Will definitely stay there again.

Lady at the front desk was nice. The address online is incorrect and the lady was aware and has been trying to get it corrected. Wasnt there to much just a place to lay our head for a few hours of sleep

I called the hotel Friday afternoon to let them know we would be arriving very, very late that evening. When we finally arrived the woman on duty was very kind and got us checked in and to our room in no time. All the staff we came in contact with that weekend were very friendly.

It was a little on the spendy side for just a room, but it served its purpose. No breakfast of any sort available. No in-room coffee. A/C worked well.

Room was your average, maybe step above average motel 6... Location was good and felt safe! Not a bad area to worry about... Room was good, beds were actually a lot more comfortable than some other motel 6 I have stayed in. Would stay there again with no doubt about it...

I will not stay there again. The smell of dirty feet hit us as soon as we walked in the room. I will gladly pay more to stay anywhere else next time.

I won't stay there again. The mattress was horrible. Even though it was a king mattress, whenever my husband or I moved even the slightest, the other person felt the full impact of that movement. It was like a hard water bed. It was very hot - in the high 90's and the air conditioner did work, but it was so very loud that it was difficult to sleep.

The older lady at the front desk was very rude to members of our family. My sister stayed there with her adult son and 16 yr old niece, the lady kept insisting she was older than 16. My son was supposed to stay with us (we booked 3 adults+baby) and the niece was supposed to babysit while we went to the game. They said she couldn't because she wasn't 18 (yet she wanted to charge her as she didn't believe she was 16?). Due to hassle my son needed to get to the game and we were in Eugene so he bought a 3rd room. Next am we all went visit the baby. After we left room the lady marched up and told him we all stayed there and she needed to charge him. He said "BS they all had their own rooms". She asked about the niece's room again and told him "I'm going to charge them for 3rd person". He told her that was BS she threatened to call Police. He called my sister and told her and she came back, she told her she was calling the police too and my sister told her to go ahead so they could resolve this. Don't know if they charged card but lady was quick to want to charge and treated people badly.

I booked a room for 3+a child. My sister booked a room for 2+child. When they got there the older lady insisted my niece was older and wanted to charge her. The niece was there to babysit the baby while we went to the game. She insisted she had to be 18 to babysit (yet wanted to charge her as she didn't look 16?) She gave my son (3rd adult) a bad time so he booked a 3rd room so he could get to the game (I was in Eugene). Now we have 3 rooms instead of 2. Next morning we went visit the baby, when everyone left the older lady confronted my son and asked if everyone stayed there and wanted to charge him, he said they all had rooms and stopped to see the baby. She asked what room the girl was in he told herm she said "I'm charging them for the 3rd person!". He told her that was BS as everyone had rooms, she said she was calling the police. My son called his aunt and told her they were going to charge extra, my sister returned and told them the niece was 16, older lady threatened to call the police, my sister told them go ahead, she didn't. I don't know if she charged extra like she said but she treated people badly, worst experience ever and we've stayed in a lot of hotels in the last year.

It showed quite evidently that the hotel staff member did not like dealing with expedia reservations. Hopefully it was my own bias and not really the staff member being rude. Funny story though... I rented the room for the Tough Mudder in Lebannon the next day. When I checked in with my male friend and son (I am a dude) the staff member eventually looked at me and said "this is a single king bed, non-smoking, that is alright, right?" It was obvious that it made her uncomfortable tha two dudes and a kid were checking into a hotel room with only one bed. I messed up the reservation for my friend and I and got only one bed. The staff would not give us another room, alter our reservation at all, or let us have a late check out (1PM so we could shower after our tough mudder) because we were an expedia reservation. Other than having to sleep on the floor the night before our tough mudder, rude staff, and cigarette burn holes in the comforter (I noticed them from my view on the ground), this place was awesome! Tougher Mudder for having stayed here! Lol.
