This is an older motel. It has a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner and a tv besides the bed , dresser and end tables. The bathroom has been remodeled. People at the front desk are very nice, friendly and easy to work with. Only issue was People in the next room were a bit loud with the music but we've had that other places. Would stay there again.4.0/512 May 2021

While it was a 5 minute walk from the Renn faire, the rooms could use an update.
While I booked a king sized bed, our room had two full beds instead. The bathroom was sub par with the tub faucet protruding from the wall by a good 2 inches. (Bare pipe exposed). Said pipe also spewed brown water for 10 minutes before running semi clear. If it wasn't for how disgusting i was from working outside all day i would NOT have showered during my stay, my fiance sure didn't.
The AC was weird. The buttons on the actual machine were busted and the only way to get it started was with a janky remote that barely worked.
The floor didn't look like it was vacuumed from the last 2 guests and the tv had a good amount of dust on the back. Kinda gross not going to lie. Our door didn't even lock from the inside, the deadbolt was a few millimeters off center and no matter how we pushed or lifted the door it was a no go.
The only good thing about our stay was Tammy, the front desk clerk. She was bright and bubbly and just made all of these little issues worth it with her personality alone. She was so excited to see our outfits for faire and asked to take photos, she made our late check in go smoothly and was more than happy to help our tired brains learn how the key cards worked. Tammy is adorable and the only reason I would consider booking another stay here unless they update their cleaning and maintenance regimen.3.0/51 May 2021

The people at the front desk were very nice and pleasant. The room wasn’t in very good shape. There was a garbage (plastic bottle and cap) under the bed and a stale smell in the room and bed. It was $67 for the night and we had a decent night sleep. We’d try a different place next time, but appreciated we had a place to sleep. 3.0/519 Apr 2021

Convenient to the fairgrounds, very friendly and helpful staff, but the property itself could use some work! You can tell they’re making improvements, so we’d stay here again if we have another event at the fairgrounds. 2.0/522 May 2021

I cannot believe Hotels.com would have this place listed on there site!! As soon as we opened the door I could see it was not what we expected. No stopper in the sink...had to let the water run to shave!! The shower curtain was so bad we wouldn't take a shower....looked like it had been used for years!! No fitted sheet on the bed...just an unfitted mattress cover and top sheet, blanket which we didn't use, and bedspread!! We made the best of it and stayed through the night and left early the next morning! The people (owners?) were very nice but I would not recommend staying here!!2.0/516 May 2021

When my family and I pulled up to the hotel we were fairly excited. It looked like a cute, quaint, family hotel. We were horribly wrong. When we got to our room the door was open and the staff was still "cleaning". They cleared out shortly and apologized because they were out of towels. We got in our room and it was dirty and gross but surprisingly no bugs. The furniture was pretty much falling apart. The highlight of my night was when I looked on the floor next to the nightstand and found a heavily used glass crackpipe. It would have been bad enough if it was somebody using it to smoke some weed but this was definitely a crack pipe. I guess I'm just lucky it wasn't a needle in the bed. I informed the front desk and while they were apologetic they didn't offer any other rooms or prorate our room. I'm ashamed to say that I didn't push the issue or leave. We spent a horrifyingly uncomfortable night, really just enough to catch a few hours of sleep before we ran the hell out of there. No one was in the office to check out at 5am and they didn't answer the phone so hopefully I don't get charged a late fee. Bottom line I would avoid this place like the plague.1.0/524 May 2021

The bathroom was disgusting with mold on the shower walls. The linens looked like they’d never been washed, gray, dingy and full of stains. The floor was littered and not vacuumed fully. I would not recommend this motel to anyone!1.0/521 May 2021

The front desk had no idea how to get my reservation from hotel.com. Took 90 minutes to check me in. The room was horrible not clean didnt even have toilet paper which showed me there was no maid service in there. 1.0/52 May 2021

This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Creepy people walking around outside all hours of the night acting like they where on some kind of drugs slamming of doors,swearing, hollering, fighting. The bedding looked very dirty hair in the beds like it hasn't been changed. It was all over disgusting and terrible. 1.0/527 Apr 2021

The only thing good was that it was right on the highway and easy to find.
The short hallway needed sweeping, the door lock was hard to use, hot water was only luke warm, no explanation for how to use the TV, paper thin walls and unforunately the room next to us had a couple that continued a noisy fight all night long. 1.0/525 Apr 2021

Windows were open when we got there because of the smell in the room. Fixtures in the shower were not attached to the wall. There was a cigarette hole in the comforter and sheet of one of the beds. Comforter was scratchy. I was glad for a small refrigerator and microwave but I couldn’t stand to stay in that room one extra minute. The walls are thin and it seems to be a party hotel. My teammate and I both stayed in separate rooms and both had the same experience of neighbors up all night. Just pay extra and go elsewhere.1.0/512 Apr 2021
