The staff were relaxed and very accommodating. The room, bed, and bathroom were very clean. Parking was just outside our ground floor room with the car visible from the room's window. We were allowed to register early and park the car hours before an appointment in Boston for which, to avoid city driving, we used Lyft. The thermostat worked very well controlling the very long and completely quiet heater unit mounted near the ceiling along the longest wall. The only complaint we had was that the bathroom light and fan were on the same switch and was unusable because the fan was very loud and sounded as though the blades were striking metal. We were OK with not using it and only reported it as we were checking out but for some this would probably be a deal breaker.

Very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t realize that I had reserved a handicap accessible room. That was a challenge for us as it basically had a toilet, sink attached to the wall and a full shower/tub combo. There was no place to put anything in the bathroom. I wish that the receptionist had asked or confirmed with me first to ask if that is what we needed. Otherwise it was a great place for a great price.

The housekeeping staff is always so contentious about coming by my room to make sure I have enough towels, shampoo, soap, and other amenities, and to ask if I need to have my bedding and sheets changed, my floor vacuumed, or have my trash and recyclables put in the proper trash bags or containers Nicki, Angie, Allie, Dana, Tyrone and Patty are patient and helpful with answering any questions I have as thoroughly as they can, or directing me to the proper resources where I can find the information I need: for example, when my questions intersect with third-party booking services and go outside of the purview of Red Roof Inn. With the help of housekeeping and maintenance staff, I never have anything less than an excellent stay. It is very helpful that everyone is so friendly and patient, and are eager to help out as much as they can, in doing so demonstrating high levels of professional hospitality, service and communication.

Angie and Tyrone were both so helpful and thorough to make my overnight stay at The Red Roof Inn in Natick another great choice. The rest of the office staff, as well as housekeeping and maintenance staff were very friendly and professional. Whenever I have a question, the staff here are always both eager and friendly to answer your questions.

Red Roof Inn in Natick distinguishes itself by the respectful, helpful and patient manner with which the staff treats its guests. Nikki, Ali, Dana, Tyrone, Patty and Angie are always willing to help, as are all the staff that performs housekeeping and tech/maintenance service throughout the hotel. I have always felt encouraged to ask questions when I needed help or some additional time for incidental tasks during my stay. Also it is very welcoming and refreshing that everybody on staff takes the time to have friendly conversation with the guests. A+
