As a part of a crosscountry travel trip, I stayed here for one night. The hotel appears to have been constructed as part of a redevelopment project that also includes stores, housing, and other hotels. According to the staff, this hotel's only room type is a single king bed with a partially divided living room area including a kitchen and a sleeper sofa. It truly seems that this property inherited whatever merits it might have from the original highquality marriott furnishings, etc. but has not seen continued maintenance or improvements. The bedside lamp was burned out, many fixtures and shelves were drooping off the walls, the ac unit access panel door was distorted and couldn't close snugly, and the sofa bed linen packet was only half full and did not include a fitted sheet or a comforter. When asked for a bedsheet, the front desk staff did not find one, instead offering five pillowcases, which wasn't a big deal. They eventually gave us an added sheet and random extra blankets, which are just adequate for us to get by with given the overall deterioration of the room. Without considering the big picture meaning of providing a somewhat premium experience compared to other options. The hotel was back to precovid breakfast service. In my opinion, this hotel barely scrapes past a fourbubble rating

We have stayed at this place before and it has been exactly as anticipated once more. Due to traffic, there were traveling sports teams checking into the hotel next door, so we were a little apprehensive while parking, but if any were staying at the Residence Inn, we never noticed them as the hotel was incredibly quiet. The rooms are large and come with kitchens, a living area, and king bed. The bathrooms are also generously sized, and the showers are big. There were a few minor cleaning problems, there were still dirty coffee filters in the coffee maker and nowhere clean filters, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Otherwise, everything was fine and the front desk gave this a four-star rating rather than a three-star rating.

It wasnt anything special about the hotel. The room was ok. The breakfast was ok. The reception staff was pleasant but nothing extraordinary. If you just need a bed for the night in a clean hotel in a good location, this is the purpose.

This is a hotel, fortunately it still looks like a brand new hotel, from the common area to our room, lots of parking facilities and a great location near stores and restaurants. Maybe we will be back to play at the Baxter Arena, which is a short walk from the hotel, also easy access to I.
