Property site was poorly kept. The nicest thing in the room was the shower head. You could tell the door has been kicked in. Sketchy people outside. Only nice thing about this place is that is like 12 minutes from airport.

The property looked rundown upon arrival. Immediately upon examining the premises in my car, I checked to see if it was possible to cancel my reservation but that was no longer an option. I made a choice based on price and location and I chose poorly. The room itself was pleasantly not what I expected based on the exterior but was just short of basic with no headboard, working fridge or even a phone in the room. I am embarrassed that I took a chance on this location but I had a reasonable night's sleep and promptly left with all my things accounted for.

I didn’t like anything, its smells bad, cigarettes burn on the sheets and it’s supposed to be none smoking but the room smells like smoke. And i saw someone trying to break in on one car so I left the place ASAP

It was awful. No cups, no ashtray, no washrags. The room was awful. I've stayed here alot and this was bad. Serious fighting in the next room. It was a terrible night.

I’m surprised this place hasn’t been condemned. First, I reserved a 2-queen room, and when I checked in, they put me in a single king room for me and my teenage child, saying they didn’t have a 2-queen room available. This was just the start, but I’m not sure where to go from here. - could not get the bathroom door open without banging it off the toilet. - The refrigerator door wouldn’t close, and when I opened it to look inside, there was a dead cockroach on the bottom of it. - it was almost midnight when the smoke alarm in the neighboring room started blaring and would not stop until a maintenance staffer disabled it almost an hour later. - there was a long marble-topped table at one side that was sticking partway out into the room. When I tried to position it closer to the wall, the entire half of the table disengaged and collapsed on itself, and it was very heavy. - 2 remotes for the TV. Only one turned the TV on, and neither one worked beyond that. Then after midnight when the TV started turning on by itself every 15 minutes or so, the only way to make it stop was to remove the plug from the wall. It was plugged in behind that heavy-assed table, too, so that was another unexpected annoyance. There is more, but this is already way too much to have to endure. Shame on this disgusting mess, and shame on Expedia for not doing their due diligence on behalf of my non-refundable business.
