Pleasant encounter. Lovely hotel. I can picture how enjoyable it is in the summer, and the pool looked lovely even though we visited in december. We were meant to receive a text when we checked in so we could express our needs, but we didnt receive it. Although we had gotten accustomed to using that service, it would have been much more convenient if we hadnt been able to use it, however, we were unable to wait in line and stop at the front desk for ten days due to crowded days. There was also no phone in each room. The hotel was lovely, nevertheless, despite this issue, im going to stay there again.

This was the ideal place for our stay. Everything is immaculate and appears to be brand new. City walk is a short shuttle ride away. This is an extremely practical method to get to the park because the shuttle service to and from the parks takes between five and ten minutes and the buses run every ecuememe time. The resorts pool is quite large, heated, and plays music onto the water. There was hardly any food or drink at the pool bar. Although you must pay 25 to $30 per night in parking and your annual pass for free parking wont work there, this was also incredibly reasonably priced.

The location isnt going to blow you away with the exotic atmosphere you might be looking for. You get what you pay for, right? Well, ask yourself why are you booking a resort hotel at universal studios in orangutan? Are you planning to spend your entire vacation at the hotel? Or do you plan to stay at Universal Studios and just need if you just want to sleep, shower, and find idy? If it is the latter, then the universal endless summer resort is perfect for famished families on etiquette! They make checkin easy, including your tickets to the movie theater. If you fly into or around as we have done, all of our travel arrangements were made for us in advance. And best of all, getting between the motel and the park was almost without requiring hiccupancy for the shuttle. Speaking of lines, the longest line ive seen was on friday afternoon when new visitors arrived. I was relieved that we arrived ten days early, so there was no line. But ill assume this was typical for an earlier Friday, therefore he advises you to be ready for long wait to check in unless you arrive on his Friday afternoon. Cant really pick anything about the room or pool that irritated me. The rooms were clean, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pools are heated to 82 degrees, which means

This place is highly recommended. All in all, good value for the money. Close proximity to the universal parks and excellent, timely, and efficient shuttle service. Drivers should be commended for their patience with the people coming on board. Very impressed with cleanliness of the public areas, food service area, or rooms. This is my second visit to an endless summer resort.

Budgetfriendly hotel with all the amenities for a convenient and comfortable trip to universal or even Disney. We had solitary studio room with two queens in the main studio and en suite bedroom. Apart from the charming surf board, it is clean and nicely decorated. It is equipped with tv, onecup coffee machine, microwave, and fridge, as well as cosy benchstyle dining table perfect for 4 people possible for 6. Shower and bathtub are provided, along with double sinks with hair dryer. Electronic safe with fourdigit standard. The room did have sporadic buzzing that we never found. Very simple checkin and checkout very simple, friendly bar and American comfort food on the ground floor diner. Local ubereats drivers know how to deliver to the lobby. Starbucks and gift shop in front of the foyer, wellequipped but poorly maintained, warm fitness center in tower 1. Having the studio made for much better stay, plus the excellent bus service made it very easy to access the universal parks. Dont expect flashy, but this is incredibly good solid choice for your stay in florida.

Always a fantastic stay! Excellent service, pools, cuisine, and accommodations! Its stressfree because its close to parks and free shuttles. Pizza delivery late at night to the rooms is also available! I would not stay anywhere else! The cleanest hotel ive ever been to.

We spent a night in one of the suites and it was fantastic. The hotel was brand new, immaculate, and the staff was really welcoming. There was only room for improvement in terms of storage space, with only one small wardrobe and three drawers, but it worked for us. Buses to and from city walk were quick and simple to use, while the I-Ride trolley was right outside, making it convenient to access icon park and other locations. Although we had read mixed reviews about the Pier 8 market, we enjoyed everything we purchased. Also very useful were the universal shop, starbucks or bars in the lobby. We will undoubtedly return.

Overall, the price is worth it. We have stayed there twice in three months. Some complain about the noise, but we never hear anything. It was fantastic for us to stay on floors 14 and 11. The beds are not the most comfortable, as are the pillows, however after walking the park all day, i didnt really care. When we left the hotel or park, shuttle back and forth was always available and never delayed. The front desk staff was wonderful and very kind. Our first visit was when the room was cleaned, our first was at christmas, yet the second time it was flawless. Housekeeping performed a great job. All in all, it went well. Will be returning because the pricing is excellent and all we did was sleep and play in the pool while we were there.

The twobedroom apartment was quite pleasant. This is by far the finest park resort hotel ive been to in, and i have stayed in other reasonably priced hotels. The rooms are immaculate, pestfree, roomy, plus, there isnt any carpet, so they smell great! The pools are much larger than they appear in the pictures and immunized. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, making the pool never feel overcrowded. A variety of dining options are available at the cafeteria, along with delicious and affordable cuisine. Tip if you need to park in an open parking lot or return to the hotel late, please use the parking garage.

The rooms are spacious, the pool is large with plenty of seating and a walkup bar. You get lots of sun and the lifeguards are very attentive, i saw them jump in and save three children during our stay. The lobby gets quite crowded and its still on universal so you still pay universal prices for most things at the resort. Buses that take you to the parks are quick and come continuously. Its ok but it comes with perks. I thought the convenience was worth it, but if youre on tast, maybe not for you.

The rooms were generally clean. It was nice to return to the room after a long day at the parks to see it cleaned and fresh towels. We stayed in tower 1, so it was incredibly long from the lobby to our room. The heated pool was enjoyed by my kids. For the month of december, it came as hardly i knew! I didnt care about the cafe. My chicken was undercooked, and ive found it to be overpriced. However, the server was kind enough to change. Overall, he is opulent hotel with convenient shuttles to and from parks. I would stay again, but ill probably avoid the resort restaurant.

We stayed in a family suite and it was perfect for our needs. It easily sleeps 6 people (although there were only 3 of us) and includes eattable, kitchenette sink, microwave, and large minifridge. We were on the 9th floor in tower 1 and had i ota view of the city. For b&b, dockside inn exceeds expectations. Every employee we encountered was very friendly, helpful, etc. I cant say enough good things about the wonderful service we received. The property is huge and has its own pool for each tower, so if your room is at the end of one of them like mine, expect crowded hallway walks. You can always request reserving fewer rooms near the lobby or restaurant area. Im happy with my room placement as the view was worth the extra steps. Property is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Staying here made us feel very safe. Shuttle to the parks and city walk was so convenient and ran continuously. There is onsite laundry facilities, gm, gym, arcade, restaurants, all of which make meals easy. Our stay was great and ive definitely decided to stay here again.

We were there to celebrate my 35th birthday and from the moment we checked in and clicked on the birthday button, we were greeted with happy birthdays and various free items from both staff and guests alike. It was truly an amazing weekend and just another reason dockside is unquestionably our goto hotel for Orlando getaways. This is in direct comparison to a trip we took about two months before Disney for our engagement celebration, where after numerous requests for ways to get engaged or upgrades from Disney related to it, no special treatment was given to us and we left very disappointed after completing twilight at their resorts over the weekend. Universal Orlando and dock side in particular are really taking advantage of the lagging customer service as Disney continues to rush to provide more and more money. Thank you for allowing us to have cherished our birthday so much and an even better stay.

I arrived during a very busy time, and the team members handled the crowd wonderfully. The room was immaculate and quite cozy. Although the dining area was tense, the food was delicious. There are other hotels on site that i prefer more because they are close to parks, but ill stay here again.

We were very impressed and would recommend it to families. The dockside was fantastic. It is so clearly and thoughtfully designed for families on a budget. We received an upgrade to s 2 bedroom suite upon checkin, and it was amazing. Great kitchen area, lots of storage, bright and airy rooms. Plus, there are no carpets anywhere.

The proximity to parks, transportation, and food, as well as the excellent low cost, are what make this location great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, everything is spotless. There are many lifeguards at the pool, so i never had to wait more than a few minutes to get bottled water, food or ask questions. Having said that, be aware. In the rooms, there is no ventilation. No bathroom fan or anything. Nothing. Without windows to open. When we were there with six people using the shower and bathroom, the air quality became very stuffy, forcing us to repeatedly prop our door open because it was intolerable.

The amenities are fantastic! Taking the bus to the parks is a huge convenience and time saver. You never have to wait long because there is one bus running every few minutes. I started each day with stoicism since there was i Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby.

I really wish i could give this 5 stars. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. We loved that there was a Starbucks on site. In my rush to pack everyone up at the end of our stay, he lost one of my air pods in the room. A quick text to the front desk and they had it delivered to our home address free of charge which we really appreciated! The only reason ive held back 4.5 stars is because checkin took at least 45 minutes in line there is no online check in option and after completing tripping over the long trip, the last thing we wanted to do was wait in lines to check out.
