The Hotel is located 4 blocks from the main beach and 3 minutes walk from restaurants and convenience store. The room was nice with cold AC, TV , hot water.and small refrigerator. I have a small issue on my arrival and the manager addressed it in a matter of minutes. Te staff was always smiling and they help me with any questions or information that I needed. They printed some documents free of charge and arranged a tour to BA NA Hills for half the price listed everywhere else. The area is full of Hotels and this was the cheaper one that I found with better service than many others. Highly recomended to everybody and many thanks to all the staff for the amazing service provided.

This hotel has a lot to offer and more to stay like this. This hotel is located close to the beach and is very well kept clean. We can go there for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or spend time in a nearby cafe. The parking is also available on the ground floor and the setting is quite secure. Staff are very helpful. This hotel is recommended, and I would suggest that you never regret your stay here.

I stayed here for 2 nights. It's convenient to get to thongs many bars and restaurants. I also like the secure parking and their friendly staff. I will be back again. The room has a fridge and a hot shower, and you can get hot water with that.

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay overall and would stay again if we were in the area. We stayed in this hotel for two nights and found the location helpful because it was close to a lot of restaurants and pubs, and the hotel itself was clean. On the day we arrived, the staff was helpful and helped set up a private taxi to ba na hills, which was convenient because we were just coming from the airport. The room itself is basic, but that is what you pay for, so I wouldnt expect more. It has a refrigerator and air conditioning, which is very useful. The only thing they don't have is soap, but they do provide sachets of shower gel and shampoo that you can use. Through the drapes, there may be light entering the room, and a small window at the top of the room that has no cover.

I just got off my flight from Australia, and I was really satisfied with the decision I made. My immediate companion and delighted with my decision was the beset hotel. I was greeted warmly by isthu when I stepped in. Furthermore, the entire crew was friendly and accommodating during my six-night stay. For the money spent, the room was cozy and spotless. Unlike other nearby hotels, Beset has an elevator and is also quite close to everything you need, including restaurants, cafes, spas, bank atms, and convenience stores. It was simple to register and check-in on moto scooters for my stay. Additionally, I want to thank the adorable two young front desk workers. They went above and beyond for me, and whenever there was a minor issue, like wi-fi, all of my demands were met with a smile and appropriately dealt with. I will unquestionably consider beset when I return to the lovely da hang! Tom.

I will definitely return here. This hotel is strategic, close to the beach, with lots of interesting bars and restaurants close by. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced, and there are even shampoo and combs, toothbrushes, etc. in the room. The staff are helpful, they even let me check in early. This hotel has a good attitude.

The first room I was given smelled of smoke in the room and I asked to moved to another room. The next room was better, but the room still smelled stuffy. The sheets and blankets smelled like they weren't properly washed and I found a half drudnk water bottle in the fridge.
