The location is a bit far from the old town, but they have lots of free bikes that you can borrow to get into town. We had an amazing time staying with this beautiful family. They are so friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable.

The most welcoming and beautiful place to stay. I received excellent care. The view was breathtaking, and the bathroom and room were both lovely! Bicycles around hoi an are provided for free. I couldnt have had a nicer stay.

One of my favorite stays in vietnam! The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the room was very clean, spacious, bright, and beautiful. There is a lot of greenery from the window and balcony outside. Great room lighting that created a nice and cozy atmosphere at night. Comfortable beds and a great rainfall shower. Free bicycle rental is available.

This is one of the top two homestays ive stayed at in vietnam so far. Spacious and sparkling clean rooms, very efficient and quiet air conditioning, great bathroom. All of that would be more than enough for a 5star rating. But there is more, a great and talented owner who goes above and beyond your expectations to make you feel welcome. Im wietnam.

Penginapan ini sangat indah. Kamarnya besar dengan langit-langit tinggi dan sangat bersih. Lokasi sekitar 10 menit dengan sepeda dari kota tua dan sangat bagus dan tenang. Sepeda tersedia untuk disewa secara gratis di lokasi. Pemiliknya sangat baik dan bermanfaat. Sangat direkomendasikan!

The location is good and quiet. Its a bit far to walk to the city center, but luckily they offer free bike rental, which is very convenient. The room with balcony is spacious, clean, comfortable and very affordable. Ni is the star of the show. She provided us with great information and recommendations and surprised my fiancee on her birthday which we will never forget, amazing. Cant be happier with our stay, thank you so much for having us!.

The owner is extremely kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and assisted us with everything. The breakfast is excellent but not included. A little outside of the city center, but its convenient to be able to ride bicycles for free, which is a great convenience.

The best place to stay in hoi an! I stayed for 3 nights and had a great time! The owner is so friendly you cant believe it! The place is new, clean and feels like home. The rooms are large, have air conditioning and are relaxing. Recommended for solo travelers, families and couples. Dont miss it if you come to hoi an!.

I couldnt have asked for a better stay. The host was the most helpful, she helped us order supplies, incense and many more, as well as organize the next part of our trip. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Her husband cleans and changes towels most days. Highly recommended, as it is a beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood.

We had the pleasure of staying with Ni at this lovely homestay for four days. She was very accommodating, made a delicious breakfast, and delivered a beautiful, clean, spacious room. We rode the free bikes into town every day and loved it!.

I will definitely recommend your place to my friends. Its the best place ive ever stayed at so far while traveling for a month. Everything was great. Breakfast included is amazing with a variety of options, western and local, fresh fruits and drinks too. They clean your room every day and provide new towels. They have free bicycles for you to ride around, motorbike rental is so cheap, it actually is the cheapest price ive ever seen. They do laundry at a cheaper price than the price i saw in the booklet, about 20 k per kilo. The kitchen is fully equipped as you can cook anytime you want. Only 3 km from the ancient town, walkable. I didnt think it was close when i saw it on the map, but i walked to the old town easily. Please talk to the owner ni and her husband if you need any information, they have better deals than other tourist services. Love you, ni.

Ni made our twonight stay feel like home. She was not only kind and cheerful, but she also assisted us in every way she could, arranging a motorcycle for us, a taxi, etc. Her husband fixes everything very quickly! Breakfast in the beautiful garden was a great way to start the day in the nicest city of vietnam!.

Stay here. Amazingly modern rooms with air conditioning. Beautiful garden. Delicious homecooked food. Free bicycles are provided! This was my favorite place to stay in vietnam. The host, ni, is a wonderful person who really cares about you.

We had a great time at coconut garden! Ni, the owner, was incredibly pleasant and easy to talk to. The rooms were tidy, had lovely lighting and decor, a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, and a balcony overlooking a lot of greenery. It felt like a brief bike ride into old town because bikes were available for free. They also provided us with motorbike rentals, and they were in excellent condition. Strongly advised for a lovely, peaceful homestay at a great price just outside of town with friendly owners!.
