The bathroom was too small, water splashed into the room while bathing. Good customer service and a good breakfast. You can find shops around and take taxis easily.

We stayed at golden legend pqlace hotel for 3 nights and the staff were very helpful. Bookknv includes breakfast and the breakfast is good with many options. I will come back there for next time.

We stayed here for two nights after switching from another hotel in hanoi and were very happy with our decision. The service was amazing, the staff were very friendly and nice to talk to. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the street. Its in a great location for walking around and exploring the old quarter. We will stay here again if we return to hanoi.

Golden Legend palacae hotel is a true gem in hanoi. We will definitely choose this hotel every time we travel to hanoi. Checkin and checkout were very smooth. They also allowed us to check in early at 12.00 pm. We took advantage of their affordable airport transfer and were picked up right away from the airport. All the staff provided exceptional service. Communication with the staff was very easy as they spoke and understood english very well. All our requests were also easily granted. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and there was a wide variety of food. The coffee tasted delicious. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had all the amenities and free bottled water. Also, the bathroom was very clean and they also provided shower slippers. The room also had good soundproofing as we barely heard noise from outside the street all the time. The location of this hotel is perfect. Just across is an atm bank. It is very close to popular cafes and restaurants in hanoi. We also just walked around going to some of the historical places around hanoi from the hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are tidy and clean, the staff is helpful and kind, and the breakfast menu is also optimal and healthy. The hotels location is in the old quarter, making it the perfect place to explore. Overall, it was a great experience.

The location is in the old quarter of hanoi. It is convenient to travel to the airport or walk to the lake for sightseeing, eating and drinking, cafe. The staff is supportive and friendly. The price is reasonable with a good breakfast. The rooms are a bit small but tidy and clean and most hotels rooms are small in this central area of hanoi. One way street for cars, should be ready for any travel or pickup.

Excellent value for the money, immaculate, and in a prime location - Excellent position, right in the middle of the action and near to the Sword lake. Excellent and welcoming personnel. The room was immaculate, daily cleaning was done, and daily towels were changed. I had a good nights sleep in a quiet room with a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with both european and asian options (not many options, but they were delicious). The pancakes were excellent, so you should order them. - Quick turnaround for laundry service they returned in the evening after we gave them the clothes in the morning.

The food is simple but delicious. The quality of the breakfast depends on the chef of the day. The staff are friendly. The toilets are quite modern and clean, but the room facilities are a bit dated. The plus point is that the room are very quiet as there is a double wall window.
