Staff very friendly and helpful! Beds were huge in the twin room. Only downside was there were some house ants which are not dangerous or problematic really. Otherwise the place was quite clean.

This hotel was clean and very close to the airport. I would highly recommend it for travelers arriving or leaving Hanoi. It was clean, air conditioned, great hot shower and friendly reception Great fresh breakfast included in the morning. Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful and as it is my first time in Asia he made my first day so much easier. He can also arrange transportation or excursions in the area...he is trustworthy .

The room was more than you would expect from airport accommodation. It was spacious, comfortable bed, big bathroom, nice water pressure, you could smell how clean the towels were. What else do you need for a good sleep after a late flight or before an early one. For this price look no further. And they provide car service at the same price as grab

We had an amazing stay here before and after Ha Giang loop. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially when we were having difficulties with finding the bus terminal for our sleeper bus. The room was very spacious and clean. We loved everything about this hotel and we will be back if we come back to Hanoi!

I feel like im staying in a firstclass hotel. The place is very clean and close to the airport! Another thing is, the owner is very accommodating, very friendly, and always makes sure we are comfortable with our stay! Everything is complete from tours, transportation, money changer, free breakfast! It was a truly amazing stay! 5/5! Could not ask for more!.

sahara • Solo Trip

I only planned for this to be a short stop over on the way to the hanoi city center. Well I got talking with the lovely receptionist Sahara and she helped me plan my whole stay in in the north of Vietnam. I was able to book all my tours with her and she kept in constant communication during the entire trip. The highlights for me were the Ha giang loop and the trip to ninh binh which you can't miss if visit Vietnam. As for the Hotel itself. The room was clean and the breakfast was simple but good.

Staf yang sangat baik menunjukkan kami berkeliling restoran dan layanan transportasi. Arah Saat Anda tiba di bandara, belok kiri dan tempat tuk-tuk berada di sebelah kiri Anda, tepat setelah tempat taksi. Atur tuk-tuk di sana Harganya sekitar 150.000 Dong untuk 3 orang, sekitar 7 dolar. Berwisata dengan tuk-tuk adalah yang terbaik! Harap dicatat bahwa taksi akan membebankan biaya antara 200 dan 300 dolar.

We greatly enjoyed our brief stay here, the room was very clean and quiet. Giáng was incredible, he made us a wonderful breakfast, helped us arrange fairly priced transport in to Hanoi and gave us a ton of helpful tips/places to visit in Vietnam. We stayed in other hotels with more amenities but none have been nearly as helpful as the staff (particularly Giáng) at this hostel. We were very impressed and would love to stay there again!

The staff was extremely helpful, especially when arriving late and leaving early. It was quite simple to arrange a shuttle to the airport. The comfortable beds and the staff truly made the place. And its an ideal spot to stay for anyone arriving or departing for the airport!.

We stayed here for one night in between flights and the hotel and the whole staff were so great and kind! They picked us up from the airport, exchanged our money and gave us a sim card all at the hotel for a good price. The room was comfortable and clean and had coffee, snacks, water and a hot shower. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner and made a delicious breakfast for us and gave us a ride to the airport this morning. Would definitely recommend staying here! They also let us store our surf board bags for 2 weeks while we travel. Thank you guys for a great experience!.

This place is much more than just a transit stay. The staff was fantastic. Sahara at the front desk is an american studying vietnamese. I could have stayed and relaxed with her all day! She has lived here for several months and has given me great travel advice and recommendations that i am eager to explore. The other staff was also very kind. I hung out after checkout to plan my next trip and one of them brought me coffee and a banana which i was very grateful for. The room itself was large, clean, safe, with great air conditioning and lighting, and a clean and wellstocked bathroom. I slept great with the exception of some early morning temporary construction nearby. It didnt last long and the room was so dark that i couldnt sleep quickly. The front desk was able to order a taxi to my next hotel. I know they also arrange for airport transportation. Truly a great vibe here!.

I was very happy, very happy, and very satisfied. From the hotel pickup to the itinerary arrangement, i felt the bosss enthusiasm, professionalism, safety, and enthusiasm. I handed the itinerary to the boss for help. The driver and friends got along like family. It was a very good travel experience, with very good memories.

This is the best shower ive had in asia in two months! The staff at this hostel were very friendly and gave us a taxi into the city and match our discounted grab taxi price. They also gave us a sim card which saves us the trouble of finding one in the city by overpaying at the airport.
