Its an older place, but its cheap and conveniently located. The rooms are also spacious. Its a bit quirky, the entrance is difficult to find, but if youre on a budget, its great.

Kamar tamu Saya bepergian sebagai keluarga dengan anak berusia 2 tahun dan tidak ada masalah dalam hal kebersihan dan keamanan. Layanan saya sangat puas, tidak hanya dengan fasilitas seperti sikat gigi, sisir, sampo, dan kondisioner, tetapi juga dengan ketelitian petugas kebersihan. Wi-Fi selalu sedikit lemah pada level sinyal 2 per 3, tetapi masih bisa ditoleransi. Pintu masuknya sulit ditemukan. Ada lobi di ujung lorong sempit dan gelap. Lokasinya sangat bagus. Segala sesuatu di Kawasan Tua Hanoi dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Itu dalam jarak berjalan kaki bahkan dengan anak-anak di belakangnya.

This hotel comes highly recommended. The rooms are comfortable and nice, i really enjoyed my stay here. The wifi speed was also very good. Good staff behavior, especially the receptionist girl who always greeted me with a sweet smile.

Meskipun bangunannya lebih tua dari gambar yang diposting, lokasinya bagus. Namun, sangat menjengkelkan karena staf kebersihan terus mengetuk pintu sampai saya membuka pintu kecuali saya memasang tanda di pintu yang menyuruh saya membersihkannya atau tidak. Selain itu, tekanan air dan suhu pancuran sangat baik.

I stayed for 3 days. The manager, ms. Anne, is an amazing person who is always willing to help you out and also provides assistance if there are any problems with the room. The room was great. The hotel is located in the heart of hanoi. The tours to halong bay and ninh binh were amazing which i booked through them. Ms. Anne also arranged for drop off to the airport at a much cheaper price compared to grab or gojek. Overall a great stay with great staff. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting hanoi to stay at this hotel.

Hotel ini memiliki iklan yang tidak sesuai dengan iklan yang ada di balkon, padahal tidak ada balkon, AC yang tidak berfungsi dan kecoa di kamar, serta bau jamur yang ada di kamar. Staf yang sangat tidak ramah dan tidak mengerti. Mereka ingin menagih kami setelah 1 jam menunggu di lobi sementara kami mencari hotel lain, yang harus dihindari dengan cara apapun.

Akomodasinya tidak aman, tidak bersih dan sangat tua. Pintu kamar saya tidak bisa dikunci. Saya tidak melihat ada yang kedap suara di kamar, padahal di booking katanya kamar kedap suara. Semalam saya terganggu dengan suara bising dari kamar sebelah (jam 3 pagi saya masih melihat orang India yang berisik di kamar sebelah). Kamar tidak memiliki setrika, jadi saya meminta resepsionis untuk meminjamnya dan diberitahu bahwa hanya ada satu setrika di seluruh hotel. Interiornya rusak dan banyak yang terkelupas.
